They took my scrap then refused to pay me bc my id wasn’t valid. It ran out the end of September which I had no idea. Then they refused to give me the scrap back and stated there sign says you have to have a valid id. But it definitely doesn’t all it says is you have to have a NC ID. Nothing about valid. The lady in the back is rude and I will never go back. Take your stuff somewhere else

The very best recycle place to go to.They are so helpful at getting you the most money for your recycle items.They are very kind about helping you sort your items out and let you know very nicely about what they can take and what they can't take.They also let you know what items can bring you the most money.Everybody there is so nice and very caring for you and what you are recycling.This is the only place I will go to do my recycling.

A great scrap yard that is run by the books! I went today with zero idea on where to go or how to even begin the process of getting my copper weight and get paid, and everyone person i spoke to, which was about 5, were super patient and very nice! The men who weight it was extremely professional and the woman at the front desk was super nice! I will 100% be coming back here in the future. They will not rip you off like other scrap yards in Hickory!
