They wanted to charge me $109 for a Kia Optima side mirror that looked like it had seen better days, but it would have suited my needs. For comparison a new unpainted mirror online costs $67. I had also gotten a quote from a business to replace it before I realized how easy it is to replace myself, and their cost breakdown indicated $115 for parts including a mirror painted to match my car. I was anticipating around $50-60, so when I was told $109, I was pretty surprised. The man I dealt did not seem friendly, but not overtly rude. It was very busy in there, so I imagine there are some good prices on certain things, but for my needs, I can honestly say it was a disappointing experience. I walked out without the part. I gave 3 stars because they did at least have the part and he seemed knowledgeable. Also, I am not knowledgeable in used car part pricing, so for all I know it was a decent price, but I don’t think so based on the comparison to the prices I mentioned above. I would say try the place, but do your homework first to ensure you are getting a fair price.
