These guys saved my bacon. I had my alternator go out and dead on 84, they picked me up within about an hour in the middle of a heavy downpour, drove me to AutoPros and were quite affordable. They were okay with me coming in later that day to pay. Reasonably priced, and they had a shop kitty that I held while I paid. I'd give 6/5 stars if I could. I was luckily to avoid them but in the process I also flatten two of my tires (I lost either way) anyways call them that night and got me in the next day! My husband and I were driving on Route 84 December 18th far from home when blizzard like conditions, snow squalls, started to roll in.We were also towing a boat, when our car broke down. Lords Valley Towing was exceptional. They came out in a timely manner, drove us to a hotel, and fixed our car. And for an honest and reasonable price. We've come to expect to be ripped off, so when you come across honest and hard working people, it's like a breath of fresh air.Thank you Thank you Thank you. I was stuck on the side of interstate 84 during very bad storm. not only did they arrive with in 15 minutes to winch my car from ditch, they also drove me to a hotel were I stayed overnight. Price was more than reasonable and customer service was excellent. When ever I pass buy there location in lords valley I always stop in and say hello.

Last night our car hit a tree spanning the left lane on westbound I-84. Our windshield was shattered and the front of the car had major damage, plus a flat tire. It was a miracle that no one was hurt. The towing company owner was patient on the phone as we figured out our complicated towing options to get 3 of us to 2 different places. In the end, he not only towed the car, but also arranged for a local driver to take us to Wilkes-Barre for a reasonable charge. I don't know what we would have done without his help!

Very expensive and unprofessional company in my book. Ask for a receipt and driver of your truck says I don't have a receipt book. What kind of the company that has been in business for over 40 years don't have receipt books in their trucks. I feel I was ripped off by this company so be aware of using this company. If I could give them a -0 star I would do so!!
