They don’t tell you what items are excluded from their return/Exchange policy until after you buy something

Excellent service and prices here!, contrary to what other reviews say.

I sold my totaled 1997 Toyota Camry for $225. They gave me the highest price for my camry. Their service is top notch in the town.
- SSean Birt
Sold my junker here. Worked with Aaron via email, phone, and in person. Great and friendly service. I was surprised how quickly and smoothly everything went.

One staff member needs better training & better common sense at this location (Im unsure of his name). I was charged along with my father for the entry fee. As we stated we own a mechanic shop & never get charged for the fee. We even showed proof of ownership with a business card & business credit card. Both stating our names & the business name. We were dressed in our work apparel but the guy simply said “sorry your patches are worn off” what ? come on thats pretty ridiculous 😂 I dont care about the $1 fee, but I do care if shops like ourself are not supposed to get charged. Since you have that benefit from being a shop owner. We come here for multiple vehicle searches & spend good money. The inventory is also incorrect, you have a 2010 m-class Mercedes but its actually a 2006 when we checked the vin number in the yard. Do better next time.

Surprisingly fun for the mom of three boys! We all went there in search of parts for a 4Runner. Helpful staff and quite the treasure hunt!

Employees will lie to you about return policies. I picked up a new AC face plate this past Saturday. The pricing was steeper than I expected so I asked if I could return it if it didn’t work. The employee assured me that I could return the face plate within 60 days if it did not work. Surprisingly the face plate did not work when I try to install it at my house. When I return to the yard Monday the employees tried to tell me that all electronics are “as is”. When I protested, they gave me a gift card for the amount of money that I spent. I have also never seen a junkyard, so picked over in my life. Thankfully, the entry fee is only a dollar.

This place was such a surprise. I really did expect much but my husband found what he needed for only $11 when it would have cost $80 brand new elsewhere. Rows and rows off all kinds of cars. I might have to return to hunt for license plates from other states heehee.

This place has always had what I needed. This place is very professional and affordable. My dad and I have been coming here for years. It’s really fun to just walk around and look at all the bashed up cars. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a part or is just bored! I cannot put into words how much this place has helped me.

At 75 and retired, and a lover of all things car, this place is a toy store. It may even be my home away from home for a while. I've lived in other cities where they've had similar venues but nothing like this. Cars are newer and in excellent condition for parts cars. I have 2 Land Rovers and they just happened to have the same years and the same color. The staff is friendly and courteous. I especially like the opportunity to take parts off that I need and thereby discover any anomalies I might miss doing it for the first time on my car. I think prices are more than reasonable after purchasing both online and in stores. As a Vietnam veteran my entrance fee was waived. Thanks to all associated with Pick-A-Part

Excellent, my mini van broke down and was going to cost more to repair it than it was worth. Jalopy Jungle towed it to their yard and bought the van for a fair price. I have also bought many parts from them in the past for good prices. Great People !

I do not prefer to visit this bad place because it is very expensive and the treatment is very bad. I would rather buy a new one that is better than this very expensive place.👎👎👎

They have great prices and a large selection of vehicles. They are pretty good at letting you know where to find the vehicles. You need to have a good handyman with you so you can remove the parts. Good to look online ahead of time and possibly find similar cars that would fit the car because the part may not be in one car but will fit from another. If you know of the match ahead of time you might be more successful in finding the part. Bring tools and mat so you can kneel or lay on ground (can be muddy).

Very organized yard, great prices too. Big selection of imports and better organized than the Nampa location specifically for imports. Friendly front office as well.
- SStan Hunt
The prices have become outrageous from what it used to be. Ask before spending all the time pulling a part and finding out you can buy one on ebay brand new cheaper or nearly the same price with a year warranty.

After the terrible experience I had at the garden city location, I was hesitant to give this one a try. I'M SO GLAD I decided to take the time! The staff were amazing, they were helpful and CURTEOUS (Garden city, take notes) and I got the part I needed with no problems. Highly recommend this location to anyone in search of good deals on car parts.

Great place! So nice to have one of these! And you can actually pull all your parts on your own instead of paying a premium to have someone else do it. Have saved so much money getting a variety of parts both cosmetic and mechanical for my 04 dakota. They have lots of American vehicles to choose from as well as imports. Be careful as to what the cars are sitting on before going underneath, I have seen some sketchy setups with cars barely sitting on the stands, wouldn't be a bad idea to throw a couple of tires under the vehicle if it looks unsafe. That said, very happy with the prices and service of Jalopy Jungle!
- AAustin Raty
This place is awesome! Cheap prices on whatever you need! Just gotta find the vehicle and pull the parts on your own. Super friendly and they know exactly what they got. Just had to ask.

I really enjoyed my experience with all the Pick-A-Part yards. I've been to Nampa and the ones in Garden City. First time was a little rough, I had sandles on (NO OPEN TOED SHOES ALLOWED) so I had to come back. But once I knew the drill it has been great. The staff is fairly patient with noobs so I didn't get too intimidated at first. Best not to drill them with too many questions, they'll set you free into the yard and you can figure stuff out on your own. Then it's like a kid in a candy store. So fun to scrounge around and find cool stuff. Once you get your parts you'll be surprised what a great deal you can get. I left there with hundreds of dollars worth of parts for $40! I'll be back for more! Thanks guys!

Had to swing by on my way to the west coast to see if the prices are as good as the reviews say… They are! Got a bunch of dash parts for good deal cheaper than online would have been.
- TTom Faciszewski
Fantastic team! Aaron, Derick, Frank, and Tony are very friendly and helpful. They keep the yard clean, and do all they can to help you find the parts you need. Very fair prices.
- LLarry Giveans
Friendly staff, good selection even for my not so common Mazda, and prices that are more than fair! Will be back - definitely a great alternative versus new if you can find the part you need.
- TT
This place has saved me so much money! They charge about 5-30% of original cost. Generally more towards the 5%. Must bring your own tools. Also good to know, their website has a list of the current stock, and you can always call them to ask what they have before you go.

Easily one of the cleanest lobbies in the Treasure Valley and the people are all very helpful. They always ask if you know where you are going and if not direct you to the correct row where you will have the best chance of finding what you are looking for. Even when they don't have a part they are quick to give you the number to one of their other yards to try to help you out. I've been to pretty much every salvage yard in the Valley and all of the Jalopy Jungle yards are clean and well laid out, and I have only ever had positive interactions with their staff. They take pride in what they do and have very reasonable hours, and rules in place to keep everyone safe and moving quickly. Can't recommend them enough.

BEWARE anyone who is elderly or immune comprised, no one was wearing a mask (employee or customers) besides me and there were no signs on the door saying you needed to wear one. The employees are not very friendly, and I also don’t think they communicate with the tow truck drivers very well. However, they did buy my car and it was a (relatively) easy process.

Update: Have returned to this business because i have had no other choice, the employee that was rude to me was infact fired some time ago because of multiple complaints, so i am able to enjoy my experience again somewhat. This place has an extremely poor customer service reputation, for very rude and lazy employees. One of the employees told me to "Take your head out of your ass" for returning a defective part. It was the most unpleasent experience of my life and they have permanently lost my business. Would highly suggest that as a customer you beware the employees.
- LLee
Best place in the valley to buy used parts. they always stand behind their warranty. The employees are all very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. Thanks guys. A++++ Update... still love this place.

First time ever going there. I was tired by the time I left for all the walking my hubby made me do. Usually it's the other way around. Guys are great but they surely don't have any female employees so please be careful of that bathroom rofl!!!
- JJackson Longwill
I usually work all day until early evening. since jalopy jungles hours change throughout the year I called and asked when they closed. after them telling me that I told them if I was to come in today and get a part I would only have a half hour at most to grab the part I need. I asked that if taking the part took me a couple minutes past closing time if they would let me stay and still get my part. they specifically told me on the phone that if I was in the yard at close that they would kick me out. even after telling them I would just go somewhere else they still told me that there rules were there rules and they would still kick me out no matter what. so instead I went to "all hours pick apart" and they have over 3000 cars, no entry fee and they pick the part for you so you don't have to bring your tools or nothing. way better over there. not pleased with the customer service from jalopy jungle. service on the phone sucks too. just got off the phone with some guy and he was extremely rude when i was asking him some questions.

Love this place. If you turn wrenches and want to save money on car/truck repairs, upgrades/conversions or swaps this is by far the best you'll get. The folks running the place are like family and you can't beat the prices.
