They literally don’t pick up the phone, had me waiting for like 15 minutes and tried calling again and waited an additional 8-10 min, I don’t understand why there so busy through the phone, I just had a basic quick question.

Total freedom to walk about . They offer maps if you can't figure out the layout. Staff is super friendly and offer assistance when in doubt. Management is always about if you have questions . They even have cars for sale if you need a driver or project. One of the best places if you like to " look". I've had nothing but great experiences here and they have cars all the way back to the 50's and don't trust the website as inventory is always changing.
