I found resolution in customer service today when picking up a much needed part. I can and now will say I would recommend them for finding what you need. We have a foreign car and no other place could help. Thanks again Rich's Wrecking & Salvaging.

Recently tried to sell my 2003 Camry as scrap. The owner was very rude only offers $200 for my car as salvage. When I told him that was a bit low and I had an offer for $340 from Junkmedics.com. He said they didn’t need my car that bad and I’d be sorry if I dealt with the online seller. Rich’s the owners exact quote”don’t deal with those online guys it won’t turn out well. I figured I’d try them since they offered me more $. As soon as I accepted the offer junkmedics contacted me and arranged to pick my car up the next day. Theygave me a check on the spot and towed my car away all included in the $340 price. Couldn’t have been a smoother transaction. Any business that bad mouths the competition isn’t someone I’d ever deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Rich’s salvage.

Had parts shipped from Gering up to Michigan. Parts arrived and were A+ condition. Super happy with that and James was great to work with.

Ordered a set of used seats and they were exactly as described if not even better condition. They were closed when I came to pick them up but they worked with me on everything over the phone. Great guys, great place. Thanks again!

I visited Rich's Wrecking & Salvage for a UHaul rental. They had the size truck I needed & hand trucks up to appliance size. So glad they had plenty!! Dropped off the rentals no problem. The next time I move, please let it be feet first for me!

The prices are reasonable and employees were nice. I needed a new ignition control module and called for pricing. I think it was the same price from autozone but Rich’s also included the coil packs in with the ignition control module, so I was fine with that. The part was pulled and ready for me before I even got there. I still have problems with the car so I can’t judge the parts I got bc I can not confirm that was the problem to begin with. Employee I spoke with was nice. Even gave me advice on another car part. Overall I had a good experience with them.

Just a little shady. Ordered radiator on phone and then drove 2 hours to pick up. They didn't tell me it was damaged. He said take or leave it! Be careful when doing business with them!

I'm extremely happy with the parts and customer service that I received from Rich's they were more then friendly when I called in to see if they had the parts I needed! Even tho I did not have my core exchange when I bought the parts they still gave me the core return price and let me bring the part in late. I'll definitely be using Rich's again!

Had a great experience. I ordered a part & had it shipped to Minnesota. It was quick & easy, and it was shipped fast & was packaged very well. Very reasonable shipping & Steve was great to deal with.
