I called Rich's looking for a rear door for an older Astro Van after coming up empty at the junkyards in my immediate area. James and Steve(?) were helpful in describing the part they had on the lot and its condition. No rudeness or issues with answering my questions and sending pictures. Very fair price not worth haggling over for the complete door including panel, glass, and its removal from the donor vehicle. I ordered and paid for the part over the phone on a Friday morning. They removed the part same day. It was evident the part was removed with care so as not to damage it or any of the necessary components for the install. They even arranged for Saturday pickup to accommodate me coming from out of town on the weekend. Great parts buying experience all around.

I needed a mirror from a 2004 Toyota and everywhere online quoted $170-$240 for a mirror I couldn't see a picture of. I found Rich's, called and spoke with a man named Steve who was super helpful and quickly tracked down the part listed online. Steve even knew the color code of the mirror so I could be sure it would match my car. The part? $45. It was shipped quickly and arrived safely packaged within a few days.
