Went here determined to be one of those difficult customers who asks about discounts and possible alterations to rules in order to accommodate my ridiculous requests. Staff remained patient and courteous. Please do not be the kind of genius I was that day. Took no tools on first trip. Pure genius move. So no way to remove what I wanted without the strength and vigor that vanished with my more youthful days. So if you want a tire try bringing a tire iron or lug wrench. I can not complain about the experience. If I were a consultant I would definitely have these people training others on successfully dealing with "difficult" people. 😃

You can walk in and pull any part you want as long as you can put it in your vehicle yourself, they won't allow you to drive in and use their hoist to load your engines or transmissions. You got use your own hoist or have some buddies help lift your motors or transmissions into your trucks, cars and vans.

Good place to find parts but make sure you have lots of extra money. Parts willbe listed on the website with a price.. but then after you get there and put in the work to take parts off, when you get to the checkout they will tell you it is listed under something else or a different named part so your price goes up.

Great staff vehicles are easy to access. Bring your own tools and research the task before you go. Easy to locate and open on the weekend. 👍👍👍

Part wasn't on the yard what we came looking for. Overall had all the clients met there thru the year like Teresa, Jose, Kevin and Ect. But the Customer experience is always upbeat and rewarding no dwnfall they keep you going

I needed to purchase an item. They said on the phone that I'd have to come in for them to see mine and then they would be able to let me know if they had one like mine. I came in and they said I could bring a pic. I brought the pic then they said no bring it in. So I did. Then they changed it and said no you have to find it. If they were specific on the phone then it would have helped me to have done everything right but they changed the instructions so much that it made it difficult on me.

Other then the 2 dollar fee just to enter the place it was definitely not bad and I do wish there was a way they could tell you where the type of vehicle either by brand or car body style was located it was perty good

Good Place. Cars were not missing half the parts like most yards. Good selection.. The bad: Website did claim car models were there that were not there any more.

Very well kept, helpful staff, and a big selection of all makes and models from various year ranges. I seen a 49 Ford pickup and a 2010 f150 all in same row to give an idea, great place, and very good prices

Pretty expensive compared to other scrapyards. However the yard is relatively organized and policed. I feel that's what your paying for going to this yard compared to others. The organization and they keep all the vehicle lifted on rims which is nice if you need drive train components.
