I had some reservations coming here given other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by the very helpful staff. Was having trouble getting plates off my car and one of the staff helped me out. Friendly guy. Only concern was that their purchasing prices are a little low based upon the statewide average, but they are one of the only places in the Utica area that buys junk cars.

I went in too get a factory grill for my 3 series and it ended up coming out to 40 dollars. Not to mention I took an old dog harness and was charged 5 bucks for it

Like the u pull it part of the business, but this is the 3rd time they didn't pick up a car when they said they were going to, from now on I'll try selling it myself first!!!
