I'm surprised they have 77 five star reviews currently because my experience was not five stars at all. I have an older car that seemed to have throttle issues. I had recently replaced the radiator pump and fuel pump and decided it was time to let it go and not put any more money into it. I called, no one answered and then got a text message that said to send a picture of the car with the make and model for a quote. I wasted time trying to text pictures, mileage, and issues instead of just explaining over the phone, only to get an offer of 250 because it'll just be crushed for metal. I asked if they could do 300. I waited and waited. No response. I decided to just call instead of text and wait for them to respond because they weren't responding. I thought maybe they're really busy and who knows maybe someone will answer this time. Someone did answer, my guess, the owner. He told me to text him my address and he would send one of his guys out. When no one showed hours later, I texted again. I waited and waited on a response. Nothing. Finally at the end of the day I get an SMS with the simple message "My driver will contact you tomorrow". No time frame, just an assurance that someone will contact me tomorrow. Guess what, no one contacted me. Fortunately this ended up being a good thing, it gave me time to charge the old dead battery and take the car for another drive and I found I just had a sticky gas pedal. Easy fix. Got it inspected, passed, and drove it back home. I'd avoid this business. It's lacking professionalism. We buy junk cars for cash, a little advice, set a time for a meet up, don't waste someone's time for two days, even if you think it's not worth your time.

We compared this company to a couple others and they did offer the most. Pretty straightforward... We just had an older car of a family member who wasn’t particularly motivated to perform such a large scale repair cost and decided to move on to something newer. I called this morning to see if they could pick up a junk car that I needed moved today. They came out today and picked up the car and paid the quoted price agreed to on the phone with no hassle what so ever.I have never taken the time to leave a review before but the driver was polite and quick and punctual to the minute. I recommend calling them if you have an car to get rid of.They basically paid me to do me a favor and get that old vehicle out of there. 5 stars.
