Was charged $120 to tow my car the length of a football field. My truck was held hostage until it was paid. Shouldn’t have been towed to start with but as I was speaking to the manager on the phone she called me absurd and laughed at me. Threatened the tow truck driver several times that she would fire him (was on speaker phone). I felt for the driver, he was nice and she screamed at him over the phone several times. We all know it doesn’t cost $120 for a tow. My advice, NEVER use them.

TOTALLY DISHONEST! Even after calling ahead to get the exact price the "per 24 rate" we met one nasty-attitude when it had been 10 hours and she charged us for 2 days. REFUSED to answer any questions about it! She made several threats! And that was before we could even finish the sentence about what she said on the phone, she blamed someone else even though it was her voice we spoke too. NIGHTMARE! RIPOFF!

My son broke down. State troopers called this company to tow him. They picked my son and the vehicle up. They wouldn't tow his car 19 miles to his college. After picking him up they dropped him and his vehicle off at a nearby gas station and told him they only tow for accidents. Why respond to the call if you couldn't do the tow?

They are something else! EXPENSIVE. Great hours. Kinda rude service, but I m starting to think it's the norm for the industry. $100 hookup fee $100 initial AND Tow fee AND $100 DMV file fee AND $ then the storage fee. I kid you not!

Lady at front desk was extremely rude n talk to you like your a child. I've never experienced such rudeness in my life. After bring in a wreck n all the stress involved. this is the last thing I needed was a hateful person handling my business. will not recommend this company ever. Make sure to tell whomever to tow your car elsewhere. She needs to be retrained with customer service.Service: Vehicle wrecking

My 17 yr old son went off road and into a ditch in Matthews trying to avoid hitting an animal. Since he didn't know what to do, Matthews' police officer called Williams Wrecker. The service we received from Reggie was poor. He did not disclose the cost before towing. He was very rough and broke the metal bar located in the back of the Nissan. The car could have been pulled out with less damage than what he caused! When I called other towing companies (after the fact) every single one of them disclosed their price and they were much cheaper. I do not recommend them. At all.

Never showed up. Said the driver called me. No one called except a Mexican person from Monroe. Why would I answer a call from Georgia. They need to get their drivers with local phones. Nasty illiterate And poor white trash from Union County.

We had our car break down. Called Williams Wrecker to pick up the car and transport it to Railside Auto for repairs. Williams was prompt and got it to it's destination in record time. Very fair price!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU CALL THEM.Left many parts in the road. Didnot pick them up. Do not use this company. They are rude. Then you have to pay the $100 to get your stuff out of your car once it's in the lot. That BS. The police automatically call this company. We would liked a better company in matthews. But the injured was already at the hospital and by the time family got there they had already called this horrible horrible company. Negative stars from me. There are more negative reviews than good ones. Stay away from them. Btw ladies are treated terribly. No respect for women at all.
