There was an issue with a part I had ordered. It had nothing to do with this company at all. I reached out to them. They literally responded within two minutes. And corrected somebody else’s error. And they had no obligation on their end to do so. This is rare. I am very grateful for this company!On a sidenote, I would take negative reviews with a grain of salt. If I sold motors online, you bet I would limit the warranty. You could put an engine in the car and it definitely blow up because of user error. So, 30 days sounds fair to me. The fact they offer any warranty for people who aren’t mechanics is generous. We live in a society where nobody takes responsibility for their own actions. Read the description before you purchase. You assume some risk when purchasing used parts. The dealership would be happy to sell you new parts.
