Didn’t have the car I needed when I called for an inventory check, but was able to locate what I’m looking for from a yard in Wyoming. Guy on the phone was helpful and said I can get what I need pulled and shipped over from there as they send trucks between yards every weekday. (Might have to call a few times, but when they answer the inventory check is worthwhile for sure)

Fantastic, helpful staff both indoors and out. Entire procedure from weigh-in, unloading, weigh-out and payment was efficient and quick. Payment was fair considering it was for stuff I would have thrown in the garbage. The process can be a bit noisy and intimidating for first-timers, but the staff was helpful walking me through it :) I will do business with them again!

Very disappointed! I ordered a used transfer case for a three-quarter ton pickup then waited about a week and a half for it to come in. I had to disassemble the drivetrain to pull the old one out. Went to put the new one in and discovered I was sold a transfer case for a half ton pickup. When I called to find out what I needed to do to exchange it, I was accused of giving them the wrong information on my truck. Really?!? I own six trucks, all of which are three-quarter ton and 1-ton pickups. I think I know what I own. I gave him all the information I had, he ordered it wrong. I was supposed to get a call back “in 10 minutes.“. I’ve now tried to call back three times. They stuck me on hold the first two times. I called back after an hour and again at 2 hours, It's now been 24 hours with no response. In the meantime, I have a truck that is partially disassembled and not drivable. I will be returning the transfer case they sold me incorrectly. If they do not return my money in full things are going to get ugly. If they do the right thing, I’ll remove this review. ********************************* UPDATED So I went into Harris trucks just now to get a refund and return their transfer case. I spoke to Richard, the same guy I had dealt with all along on this transaction. First, I was told by Richard the computer was down and he had no idea when it would come up so he couldn’t do anything for me. I told him I wanted a full refund and left the transfer case with him. I took pictures of Richard behind the desk and the transfer case on the counter. He said that they would probably charge me a 20% restock fee. I told him they’re not charging me a restock fee because they ordered the wrong part. He went on to say that he had a new one on the way. I told him I already bought one and just needed a full refund. Then he says he never got the opportunity to get me the right part. I told him he told me yesterday he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was at 10:18 AM yesterday morning and he never called me up to the point I walked in there today at 3:15. He then got belligerent and said they’re understaffed but apparently “you don’t give a F about that”. I repeated to him what he said to me and said “you’re right I don’t give a F about that”. I told him I called three times yesterday and kept getting put on hold. If anyone had extended the courtesy of a phone call then this would not have gotten out of hand. We exchanged a few more words about how I was going to get my money back, I took pictures to prove I’ve left the transfer case with him. Apparently, I was just supposed to wait indefinitely to hear back from them and supposedly he’d ordered another one, but never told me that. Apparently, I was supposed to read his mind to know that they would ordered another one for me.

Great service, Needed a mass airflow sensor asap, dealer was $275,Cleaning it no longer worked, kept getting low power and check engine light, called trade center and they said they had one in stock, was not sure if I was going to buy one from AutoZone or napa, napa was over $120,Trade center was $45,with a warranty showed up,they told me about 15 mins to get it from the inventory, went to lunch came back, they had it ready at the counter, very good condition, swapped it out in the parking lot,took the old core back in, truck runs like brand new and no more check engine light. Older gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and gave me some very solid advice on why my original mass air flow sensor likely failed, and recommend I get rid of my oiled air filter asap and get a factory paper filter to keep the new/used senor clean and problem free. Took his advice, with the new paper basic oem air filter, I have had zero problems and truck has a lot more power and no more check engine light. Super happy with service and they saved me $70 over the parts store, Will be back if need other parts, highly recommended, very nice people at the counter, they actually care about there customers and their vehicles.

Takes a hot minute to figure it out... Go to land fill scales to weigh. Drop load over my the two big excavator's. Go back to weigh, get you ticket. Go over to the green Hut where they are always moving cans. Give ticket and ID, get check. I like leaving with money vs paying. Market price fluctuates, but they are the ones doing all the work and running a business. Not going to complain about rates, something is better than nothing!

They frequently miss pick-ups in Dillon and then charge our condominium complex overage fees, which we wouldn't have if they picked up the trash on the days we paid for. They do not honor their contract until one tries to cancel, then they point to the clause that states a cancelation requires 3 months notice. If you try to cancel out right, one is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 6 months of payments.If you try to call WM, for anything, expect to be on hold, then be transferred, then be put on hold again, then be transferred again... It takes about an hour to speak to someone who is actually able to help- but all too often, chooses not to.This company is the literal worst in this area.Skip the hassle and go with Summit Roll Offs the first time. They have better prices, better customer service, and they have NEVER missed a pick up.Service: Trash removal & disposal

I have been there several times for parts. Call first. And he calls when it's ready. No fuss. It is one of my top on list when looking for parts. I will always call him in the top 5 I call. Better than running all the way to Greeley. I say .... Thank you for all the help.

Love this spot for just hanging out, letting the kid play, enjoying a coffee, and/or getting some food. Their event programming is also spectacular—full of unique and creative stuff. I really appreciate that they have good vegan food options. The artichoke panini is especially delicious, without the dairy cheese.

I have been a loyal customer of Western scrap for over 20 years and have scraped probably 10 tons per year however I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Over the last couple years they have Miss categorized lots of my scrap to pay me less than they should and treated me less than expectable. I overlooked all this because they paid more than others. However after my last trip I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! I had a small load that was mixed with item's I wanted to scrap and others I wanted to keep. Long story short some of my keep items came out with the scrap. When I attempted to retrieve said item's I was called a lier and told I could not keep "have" them because the yard guy didn't physically see me throw them out. It is aperantly company policy that even if it's your own personal property, you cannot pick it up off the ground unless the yard guy sees you remove it from your vehicle! My total load paid $42.00. total scrap value of my personal items they refused to let me keep was approx 20 cents. Retail value to replace said items about $50.00. So in the end I literally lost 8 dollars not counting my time and fuel. In closing it has come to my attention (after speaking with the owner) about the time I noticed poor encounters with Western scrap was the same time as the American iron buy out!

Don't go here, Owner was very disrespectful and didn't seem like he wanted us around after having permission to look.

I wrecked my car yesterday and needed to sell it quickly. I called All City Auto and they picked my car up that same day and paid me the most for my wrecked car. Jeff made it easy to quick and had my car loaded within 10 minutes. I felt very comfortable and believe a I got a fair price. Thanks, All City!

Bought an engine for a 2009 Audi, and just got it installed today from my shop, the engine is solid!!! Prices are a bit high but reasonable considering their 30 day warranty, would definitely recommend to others & will be going back! He also only took 3 days to disassemble the engine for us to pick it up!

Jose is great! Picked up phone right away, I was able to book towing for the next day, and he even put up with the dealership rescheduling twice. The price was very fair as well. Can only recommend.
