Let me see where to begin. Don't trust the website for anything that it says cause the ladies who are arrogant and rude in the office say don't use it... WOW they don't update it so they can hustle you. everybody in the modern age uses the internet to reference information about a business. So then it needs to be taken down or update. But I guess the management or the owners are just too busy to handle the simple update they're probably out on vacation having too much fun with the money that they use from ripping us off. Something fishy going on up in there they cannot be trusted take your scrap to Denver if you can will be highly advised. The website doesn't give any information I want off the website and then ended up looking like a fool sold my complete vehicle for scrap 3,260 lb got a whoppy $104. After being sent home yesterday because the website didn't get clear instructions as to how to prep the car two trips down here in a big headache for $100 these places need to be regulated by the government

Just had my first visit to AI&M and as a newbie I was a little intimidated but I walked into the office and the workers there were very friendly and helpful. They explained what to do and how to go about the recycling process. I was able to unload my van and even got a few extra bucks because the gentleman in the yard told me to take some higher value metal items to another area for a better price! Check out was pretty quick and easy too. Just make sure you have your license plate number and an ID!

Was able to get rid of junk piling up at our house and made a whole $9, so 2 stars for that. However, the signs and directions on what to do when pulling in were TERRIBLE. As a first time scrapper, we had no idea that we had to park first, then drive on the scale, then we had to figure out where to unload, and the exit sign leads to two optional paths… got yelled at a million times over a loud speaker by a very rude women. If they had better directions posted or signage, it would have been 100% a better experience.
