    They gave me $275 for my 2000 plymouth neon. it wasn't even running any more and it had pretty bad body damage. they seemed to be honest and upfront about what they would pay and they didn't cheat me at all.

    They refuse to fix my car that was in there hands while it was towed. Proof and evidence that the car was damaged and leaking from them and when asked to speak to a manager or supervisor they refuse and hand it off to other employees.
