Selling our VW Tiguan to Tane was an absolute breath of fresh air after a nightmare experience with the dealership. For weeks, I could barely get updates about our car’s status- sometimes going a week or more without hearing anything. After paying $3,800 for repairs, the dealership finally told us the engine was condemned due to metal shavings in the oil and offered no goodwill or assistance, even though we’d just purchased the car used in April. When Tane heard our situation, he was kind, competent, and genuinely happy to help. We met at the dealership to see the car, and all of the stress and uncertainty vanished the moment he pulled in. He was truly like a knight on a white horse (or, in his case, a white car!). He took a quick look at the Tiguan, made a fair offer on the spot, and handled everything with professionalism and respect. We sat in the car together to complete the paperwork, and he made what had been an exhausting process feel easy and straightforward. I’m not particularly knowledgeable about cars, but it was obvious that Tane is an expert who knows exactly what he’s doing. He went above and beyond, even sending me home with a sweet treat to surprise my kids. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to sell a car- running, not running, or needing repairs. Had a wonderful experience with Big Tane! He picked up the two vans we had in our drive way and I’m so happy for more space! The process with Big Tane was smooth and easy. Also, he offered decent price for my use vans. Definitely would recommend contacting him if you have any used cars or non running cars. Kudos to the cookies he provide!

big tane is such a great guy!! very helpful, nice and genuinely cares for his customers. i love to see it. my car recently got into a wreck, and i was having trouble scheduling to get it picked up. big tane worked with me on it, helped me find a time suitable for me, and was extremely patient when i forgot my keys to my car and had to go back and grab them. THIS GUY IS THE BEST. even got me 2 boxes of cookies to share with my family thank you big tane!!!
