Gilbert picked up my dad’s 2007 Chevy trail blazer when it suddenly broke down at my house one weekend. His towing was quick and professional and he gave me lots of updates on the details of the diagnostics and condition of my dad’s car. We discovered that it had many problems and Gilbert was honest and transparent and very helpful in us finally deciding to find a different car instead of using all my dads money to fix the old trail blazer when it had so many problems and could break down again.
