The professionalism, courtesy, customer service and communication are exceptional. Gilbert is absolutely the best auto repair technician I have encountered with servicing my car. I was impressed with his honesty, trustworthiness, knowledgeable experience, transparency of what is the problem and explaining exactly what needed to be done before doing it. Contacting him was never a problem and he is prompt in responding and doesn’t leave you hanging. The prices were reasonable and fair and the parts are quality products. I had an awesome experience with Gilbert—hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever worked with. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He was honest, professional, and incredibly thorough. My Jaguar was giving me issues (needed a new alternator, water pump, and oil change) He explained everything clearly, gave a fair quote, and got the job done in the time he said he would. He made a very stressful situation for me not so stressful. From the moment I reached out to him to the time he finished, he was nothing but communicative.
