Sign says 7 days a week 8am-6pm. Gates locked no entry. Second time trying to come by. Never seen a pick a part with this poor management of just staying open. Give it to someone who’s actually going to run it.

Would help if they had a website with inventory. Called a day in advanced, was told their lot had 3 vehicles I was looking for. Got there and they had 2 others (sis model) of that vehicle. I which there was only one on the lot.(apparently mis labeled in the system) walked every isle to ensure this was the fact and it was. Lil disappointed just 60 miles out of the day and hour 15 mins out of the day. So that's appreciated.

If price Gouging could be a place. Over priced parts in poor condition and the guy behind the back counter (more of a child) is only there for a pay check and it shows. very poor customer service and just plain lazy. I recommend people go to lkq or pick a part in Nashville before you waste time and money here. Hope it helps.
