Sign says 7 days a week 8am-6pm. Gates locked no entry. Second time trying to come by. Never seen a pick a part with this poor management of just staying open. Give it to someone who’s actually going to run it.

If price Gouging could be a place. Over priced parts in poor condition and the guy behind the back counter (more of a child) is only there for a pay check and it shows. very poor customer service and just plain lazy. I recommend people go to lkq or pick a part in Nashville before you waste time and money here. Hope it helps.

They seem to be able to close whenever they want or maybe they don’t have hours. I pulled up at 4:05 and was told they’re closed when the hours say 4:30 closing.

Good place for finding a odd part for your car at a good price.

A man said a rim would fit our car. We bought it took it home over an hour away and it would not fit. Brought it back the next day and they said there is no exchange on tires or rims and thier receipt does NOT state this. Very poor business practices and very unknowledgeable unhelpful staff.

Drove 45 min trying to make it before they closed. Showed up with 15 min to spare to find out they were locking up and leaving. Couldn’t check to see if they had the model year car I needed because their mobile website was broken and had overlapping texts. I can’t think of a faster way to turn away a potential customer than to waste their time.

They usually know what they have, but spend the $2 and go have a look.
