I had a nice experience with this company. I had called looking for help with a school project and though we ended up not needing their help it was so nice to interact with their people. Barney at the Kewaskum location was especially helpful. I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to go to them. Nice to have helpful people in was is becoming a more impersonal world.

They seem rather rude, expect you to know what to do... Took in all this metal, and the price is so low, I ended up with just less than $4.00. Should have called before I went, but either way the yard is clean now.

1st I called told them I had helex copper they told me to bring it in I brought it in told me there was no value to it witch is a lie because I been in the telecommunications industry for 10 years and every scrap yard from midwest to texas takes it. The owner or manager lady came out with a rude attitude when I was trying to explain what it is and what it is used for showed her a picture and she told me no pictures in the world can put value to it. I'm currently at a different scrap yard in Milwaukee that is willing to give me 60 cents a pound. I will never be returning to A&W or any company Associated.
