The other positive reviews about this place are so true! Our brakes went out in our car and we had to leave it overnight on the street. After walking back home, we were looking for a quick solution to our problem of needing to remove our car as soon as possible and found this company online. My husband sent an email late in the evening, not expecting to hear a reply until the next day. Twenty minutes later Randy called and we had a pickup time scheduled for the next day! He was on time, professional, very courteous, and so friendly. He even offered to drive us back home since we were stuck with no car and had to walk to the location. Thank you so much for making this stressful situation much easier to handle. You really saved us!

Late on a Sunday night I found myself with a flat. Called Pitbull towing and recieved immediate assistance. After finding that my tire was not salvageable I was provided swift replacement and by Tuesday I was back up and running. Thank you for your professionalism and awesome and affordable service!! Randy was a pleasure to work with.! We had a run all set up, I had to change it at the last second as I went to ER. Next day he graciously extended his services so we could get my two vehicles. We had an unexpected dead battery in the middle of a busy day and Pitbull Towing was quick to arrive on the scene and remedy the situation. Initially our own efforts to jump start the car failed and while on the phone with Pitbull they recommended to do a diagnostic on the battery first before going to the option of towing the car (more costly). Once there they determined it was indeed the battery and used their portable more powerful battery to jump it. Then they also checked the alternator to confirm it was not the issue.Lastly, the recommended a local auto parts store that would replace the battery on the spot. And, if they were not able to install it they gave us the option to go to their garage with the new battery and they would install it.Overall, awesome, professional and friendly experience with Pitbull Towing!!

A big thank you to Randy and his family for their help today. I blew out a tire on Pt. Washington Road, and although they were eating breakfast at a restaurant, they came to help. I got their name off Google, and am glad it's the one I landed on. They couldn't have been kinder. They took me to get a new tire, and even put air in one of my other tires that was low. His wife wrote out the bill for me, and they took my credit card there in the truck. The price was reasonable, and they were not only helpful, but very kind. I highly recommend them.
