I had ordered a part online through like a third party thing, Jeff took care of everything for me and kept me in the loop.

These guys saved my butt, and a whole lot of $$$$$. Troy, specifically, went out of his way, to make sure I got my part.Good customer service, is almost impossible to find these days.10/10 would recommend before you go spending full price on auto parts. Great service and, Boy, do they stand behind their parts! I couldn't be happier. There was a problem with the part for my car; mounting pins broken. Kirchhayn was able to get a different part but unfortunately there were two mounts that were broken on that one too. Many salvage companies would have just sent me away at this point.I worked with Mike and the problem was solved. Kirchhayan and Mike went way out of their way to get the replacement part to my front door step by 9:00 Monday morning. The part works perfectly. I tried to pay the difference in the price but they wouldn't let me! NOW THAT'S SERVICE. Thanks to Kirchhayn and Mike! You are great!!!

Awesome experience. We dialogued through eBay and then I drove there to get a driver side door for my 97 Jeep. Kirchayn had three different vehicles to choose from. One of the guys in the office walked with me to look at them and I picked out the door I wanted. He had a young guy bring some tools and the yard car and he removed the door. They gave me a really good deal on the door, so I also bought a driver side seat. They even loaded them while I was paying. No personal checks, so bring cash or a credit card.

A++ Quality service and sales. Kirchhayn Auto Salvage is a good business that actually cares about their customers and wants them to get what they need. Would never have expected such service from a salvage yard. I'll definitely look into them again the next time I need parts for my car and I'd highly recommend them.

Unfortunately sold me a cracked block core engine. (UPDATE) They have made it right, I will have the replacement motor and no additional charges. I think there are some communication issues that need work but with coaxing they have made it right.

Definitely a great experience the kid at the front desk was very social knowledgeable and a hell of a salesperson definitely be doing more business with these guys

great place with reasonable prices. ive only purchased from them once, but it was a good experience , and i normally buy from many places each month. they will now one of my go to places. I would have given them 5 stars except the limited hours make it difficult for those of us that work first shift.
