This was an outstanding experience. I came out of the hotel and had a flat tire. We called AAA and Jimmy from Cal Nevada came out and took off the tire expecting to put put on the spare, saw that there was a nail in it, took it back to his shop and came back within a half an hour with a nail taken out and the tire repaired. We were stuck about 26-27 miles away from Tonopah, our trailer had a wheel sheer off. For a 3,000 mile trip this was the beginning to some bad luck but never the less, when we called Cal-Nevada, it took them about 2.5 hours to drive to us, put the trailer on the truck and go to Tonopah. A lot of gratefulness for Dave doing what he did, the next morning (which was the weekend) he came there early and helped us find a new tire. I am grateful for Dave and the work he put in to get us back on the road. 2500+ miles after this incident we have had no issues with any of the work Dave did. This place is ridiculous, and not in a good way. Yes, they were punctual and did a great job towing our truck to their shop. The shop itself, I would highly recommend people stay away from. We were told that the truck needed manifold gaskets and they were on order. We called every week, sometimes twice a week. (We were in route to AZ at the time of the break down) We kept getting told that the gaskets would be in the next day, then their was a delay, then they'd be in the next day. The truck sat there 5 weeks. 4 weeks! They couldn't get the gaskets in 4 weeks? We finally got fed up and rented a car trailer, drove the 500 miles to get the truck only to find out that all the silver change was stolen (they were kind enough to leave the ashtray open with just pennies left) a $300 set of rain gear as well as a few other items. The only thing that they did was remove 3 bolts from the manifold and leave them on the floor board. I would NEVER recommend this place for any type of repairs.Service: Local hauling

We were stranded on highway 6 for a night but this company came through. They were professional and courteous from the start to the end. I especially like to give big thumbs up for Brandon (our tow driver) and Dave the mechanic. Once they towed us to their shop we then had to be towed to Reno. A tire on our 5th wheel was slowly leaking due to a bad valve stem. We were limping along with 50 miles to get to Tonopah for the repair. As the rig was too big to fit into their parking area, they advised us to go down the road and park in a lot and to give them a call when we arrived. They came immediately, removed the tire and took it to their shop for repair. They were back in less than 1/2 hour, reinstalled it, all for an extremely reasonable price. My Chevy Duramax spun the serpentine belt 41 miles south of this shop on HWY 95. Dave towed my truck and travel trailer to town perfectly!The next day their shop had a new belt and idler pulley installed for less than $150 [the tow was covered by AAA roadside service].Excellent service! So thankful for this place! Our first driver (cannot remember his name) picked us up in the middle of the desert when nobody else would on our way to Las Vegas to make sure we got to town and to a hotel with our 4 year old, and the company assured us they would get us towed to Vegas the next day and did in a very timely manner. Dillion, our second driver was extremely respectful, awesome at interacting with our 4 year old, made for a comfortable ride, and was extremely accommodating. He drove us all they way to Vegas, and to a second shop down the road after the first couldn't help us. I cannot give enough stars, or recommend Dillon enough. Thank you Dillon and Cal-Nevada Towing for saving the day!!

Very sweet people. Didn't wait long and the driver was very kind. I recommend them highly. Sometimes we get into a slight inconvenience and its good to know these folks are there.
