    Talk about low balling. They offered $350. I shopped and got over $700. They emailed me the next day and upped their offer by $100. Shop around...these guys are low offer specialists.

    They purchased my old vehicle and scheduled a pick up date/time. I was told it would be on one of two days between 1-5pm and that I would get a call before the time of pickup but on the second day I received a call at 12:30 saying that the driver had been there and if I couldn’t be there in ten minutes the driver was leaving. It was frustrating. We rescheduled for the following week and a different tow company was dispatched. I received a call telling me the driver was there. I told him I needed some time to meet him as I had been waiting with the vehicle and I left to get lunch. The driver was very understanding and kindly waited for me to arrive. Ultimately it was a better experience than I had expected after what transpired the week prior.Service: Vehicle purchasing
