I'm perplexed at the lack of part knowledge the employees have at this store. I walked in needing a lug nut for my camper tire. I brought the lug nut with me that I needed replaced. There was writing on it, but I'm not in the business, so I didn't know that it was the lug nut size. Shouldn't they know though? Tried to tell me they can' t search it because it's for a camper. But THE SIZE IS ON THE PART. Bottom line- avoid this place. They are clueless.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. The younger guy that did my state inspection tried to pull one over on me. He told me I needed new rear brakes and 3 new tires. Because he was smirking when he gave me that information and I knew he was lying, I took it to Honda. My brakes still had 50% life left and the tread on all 4 tires was fine. I guess he’s trying to drum up more work, but he picked the wrong person to try that on.

Just went in there to buy something. I live in Berryville and am married to a well known native of Berryville. I walked in and the owners wife and an employee just stared at me and looked away. I said "how are you today?" They said "fine" and looked away again. They did not ask if i needed help or what I was looking for. I try to give local businesses my business, but this is the last time i will go in there. I know lot of people and WILL spread the word. They have something against me personally I do believe, but when I come into your business to spend money, you need to get over your petty small town attitude and help people. This is why you have no business.

Absolutely shocked an appalled by our recent experience here. They just lost some longtime customers. And we're letting all our friends + family know not to use Berryville Auto Parts. Not only did they charge us nearly $100 more than estimated for a simple job. They broke a part and refused to make it right. And Brenda @ the service counter got nasty + snappy with my husband on the phone! What happened to this place? Have they lost their minds? They're certainly going above and beyond to drive away customers. Shame on them.

If you want to have your vehicle held hostage for 2 hours or more while the old man smokes his cob pipe and wastes your time. Extremely petty inspector. Does not understand upgrades done to a vehicle and will discredit better parts.
