I called this place a day before they were supposed to pick up my car from the towing company, they said they would pick it up in the morning after a phone call from them.I PAID AN EXTRA DAY OF STORAGE ,$50, SO THAT THEY COULD PICK UP THE CAR. The day of, it was 10 am and no phone call so I called them and they said they would pick up later that day. I called to check at 2 pm and the person hung up me. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. This was devastating because My car was wrecked in a car accident and I just wanted the matter resolved. I felt so disrespected and the way this company behaved was totally unprofessional.
