The process of picking up my car after the offer has been made was grueling. Had to make multiple calls to even find out the status of what was going on after days of waiting for the record to pick up the vehicle I want to find out I need to send in more information. The staff are as helpful as they could be when you were able to speak to them, however I called on 4 separate occasions and was mysteriously disconnected after being on hold for a significant amount of time.
