Nathan Caralla, the general manager here is rude and unprofessional. The front desk employees are nice and would actually do the job, but wait Nathan does not want it done. All the front desk employees were just sitting there doing nothing. They make carriers reschedule the pick up appointments, when in reality it’s already scheduled just because Nathan feels like that . He wants to send carriers back and he does it. possessing a good work ethic is about having integrity, determination, diligence, and a commitment to doing your best.( and this doesn’t apply to this location) Just an fyi, this location was not busy at all , only 2 customers.

My wife went to pick up her belongings at Co-Part in Syracuse and found the car was completely cleaned out and vacuumed. None of her items were in the car or saved for her. The only thing they gave her was her license plates and her EZ pass, along with a few papers from the globe box. When she asked where her items were, the woman behind the counter was rude and sarcastic. Tried to tell her the towing company must have took it before they got it. NO! The towing company did not touch it. We saw our car before co parts cot it and it was all in tact. We did not know it would be taken to Syracuse, an hour and a half away from us, or we would have gotten our thing’s before they took it. She called the manager as soon as she left and was told they will look into it. Never called us back. They are not a good place!

My car was recently totaled in an accident. Northside Collision in Cicero released my car to Copart after I specifically let them know I needed to collect my plates and my personal belongings. I was not made aware until I came to grab my plates and things out of my car and found my car completely gone from the Northside Collision lot. When I came to collect my things from Copart, the front desk employees were very sweet and kind, and all of my things were completely intact. I was able to get every single thing out of my car, and I was very pleased with how kind the front office staff were.
