Called to see if they had a part I needed, they told me they should have it but will give me a call back to make sure. 20 mins later got a call back saying they do, told me the price which was reasonable, paid over the phone, told me they would call me once the part is ready. Short time later they call me to pick it up. Will come here again if I need anything, everything was frustration free!

All the other local junkyards were a week or so out just to pull a part. These guys (on one of the hottest days of the summer), got it done for me and I picked my part up the same day. Don't listen to the negative reviews- These guys did it right and were A+ for me! Friendly, non confrontational, positive atmosphere. The only thing that could have been better for me as a 1st timer would have been seeing some sort of signage indicating which direction to go once i pulled in. Overall a great experience, I found a new preferred junkyard and the price was very fair. Will be back!

I've had good experiences with this place. I've gotten a hood for our 09 Forester, and today I picked up a door mirror. I usually find the parts first on car-part.com, then give them a call to confirm they still have it. It's your standard used parts/junkyard/auto recycler. Just be straight forward about what you need. Keep in mind they need time to pull the parts, so try to coordinate the best you can. Paying with cash is easier here.

Horrible Customer Service. They gave me the wrong part. Had the their employee call the dealer to confirm the EXACT part needed then proceeded to ask me if what type of transmission. I wasn't able to confirm the transmission ID code so I provided him the VIN number. They then proceed by selling me a part that doesn't fit on the car and then charge 20% Restocking fee... and you have to wait because it will be a check if you provided cash or back on your card which would still have to wait for it to get processed regardless of their mistake... Horrible I will never ever be buying anything from them and honestly don't recommend ANYBODY WHO VALUES THEIR TIME AND MONEY TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Buyer beware....the original guy I spoke to was amazing and nice. Bought a transmission from them, it was not good. Called them spoke to an old rude guy who refused to let me return or exchange it definitely within the 30 day warranty. Unless you want to get shafted I would not go there.

I recently got a used cylinder head for my Grand Cherokee. I wasn't expecting to get more than that but, they gave me all the rods, head bolts, rockers, springs, valves and valve cover bolts too I believe. All for $100, I wasn't expecting to get the head bolts,or any of the rest for that, definitely a plus for me and definitely appreciated. I called the day before, close to when they would close, they pulled all of this before 11am the next morning. You can't really ask for better than that. The attendant was polite and I didn't wait at all when I got there. When I need anything else, this is going to be my first call.

Have used DeMilo's numerous times. Wish they would deliver but their biz stays focused on parts @ good prices - that seems to work. I go down to pick up parts, always right, always fairly "graded", counter people competent & cordial. We never hesitate to use DeMilo's.

Do not buy from Demilo Used Auto Parts. They would not return a part that had never been installed. It still had their shop tag and oil pen markings. They only offered store credit. When is anyone going to need store credit for a USED auto part. No one wants store credit at a SALVAGE YARD.

Was told I had to pay before my item can be removed and once paid would only take no more then 20mins since it was only a window. Got there paid and was told less then a hour because they were not busy. Waited 1hr and 20mins and still nothing. Walked it and the girl behind the counter asked me if I paid and gave a number! She was the one that helped me!! 2 and a half hrs later and I still haven’t received a call telling me my window is ready to be picked up. Place sucks! Last time I do business with them.

Bad customer service everytime i call the lady picks up with in attitude. If i say hello how you doing you should say good and you not be rude. You supposed to great people and show them respect and in turn they will promote your business i dont ever give a bad review but this company deserves it and im putting in a complaint

I needed body parts for my vehicale. Came in inspected them on a junked car they were in great form. When I arrived to picked them up they were all scratched up and screws were cup off. Terrible service. Not recommended.

This place sucks I bought a used tire there and the lady told me I have 3 days if there's any problems to bring the next day the tire was probably running out of air I did not notice it I just jumped in my truck and went tonight and text at the marina and the end of the day the tire was flat so while I was out Niantic it's probably 50 miles away so I bought another tire while I was there and I drove back to return the other Tire because it had a slow leak and they told me they could not give me cash back for the tire and it was less than 24 hours and I never go to that place it was a waste of my money my time now I got credit for the price of a used tire and I never even go visit that place it's a junkyard I don't Often Buy Junk Parts why would you give someone 3 days to bring back too tired to the problem and not give him a refund while that's what this place does they don't give you a refund I would not go back there or I wouldn't suggest anybody going there to buy any parts
