I went with them because of the high reviews. They're just as shady as everyone else in this business. Never again. When both sides agree to deal then one side (you) reneges on said deal because you made a mistake. Well there's nothing positive to be said about that. So if having integrity and honoring my word plus calling you out on your B.S. makes me an unsatisfiable customer so be it

When I was just disappointed with customer service at a popular cake maker I WAS JUST BLOWN AWAY by the customer service of this tow place. The key words Dennis said is when he came to see the situation he had to picture it in his mind and devise a plan of action. My 2000 ford explorer was sitting up on the hill of my yard and my driveway is up on a hill. It was a very difficult job to do and they did a fantastic job. I love dealing only with THEEE BEST. I miss my truck they also.gave me alot of money for it as other places i compared to YOU WERE THE BEST.
