I was in need of a tow in the middle of the day on a Sunday. These guys were great. Showed right up and gave me the price upfront. Fantastic service!

Extremely unprofessional. Not willing to answer any questions. Does not have the capacity to answer basic questions about where vehicles are being taken. Our vehicle was not released to be taken anywhere. They have no ability of basic human communication. This has been the worst experience of a towing company I have ever had. The reception tries to wear you down by incompetence, when you ask for management or owner involvement, you get a very angry man named Mike, who yells at women and tells you he doesn’t have time for you. Warning, do not use this company, they will take your vehicle without proper permission and couldn’t care less. No respect at all for basic human decency. Do not be fooled into paying heed to their website description of their fantastic service. It is a lie.

Thomas arrived at the wrong location for a tow set up a day in advance. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and still treated him professionally and respectfully. He then layed all of the blame for his mistake on me, responded aggresively over the phone insulting me and my ability to do my job, and then refused to complete the tow before hanging up on me. I forwarded all of the same information for the tow to another local company and they quickly arrived to the right place and got the job done.
