Awesome food,Awesome atmosphere & Awesome bartender! Very impressed with the service and quality of food! We had 2 different flavors of wings and a beef on weck and everything was perfect. Will definitely be a new regular spot for us. 👍

Nice neighborhood bar. Good pub food (Wednesday wing night). Food and drinks reasonably priced. Fun staff.

Cute little neighborhood bar - serving great food. Since the start of the pandemic my husband and I have twice weekly been picking up or eating in meals from area restaurants. We try to pick a place we have never eaten before. Intrigued by the name and a menu that looked good, tonight we went to Gene's. Most reviews raved about the fish fry, only available on Friday. My husband got the corned beef on rye toasted. And said it was delicious. I had the roast beef on Kimmelweck - meat tender and tasty. A little disappointed it was not hot. We also had French fries - I believe made fresh - very tasty, and onion rings, the best I've had in some time. Our wait person was Karen - pleasant, efficient and busy as she was taking care of the dining room as well as approximately 10 people at the bar. We were not disappointed and will definitely be back for a fish fry.
