Purchased a used transmission through a marketplace listing and it ended being sold by H&H. Andrew was prompt, thorough, and personable. I'd not swapped a transmission on my own before, so he took the time to walk me through some commons pitfalls to watch out for. He made it clear that if I ran into any problems, to reach back out. It's a scrapyard at heart, so if walking and seeing piles of parts on the floor makes you squeamish, know what you're getting into. I must say , I’m totally impressed with the kindness I experienced. Andrew is awesome. We bought a truck from him and a hour after we pulled off there was a problem with it .
