I have been there several times and each time the Employees have been helpful and wonderful. And the cost is usually quite affordable. I also LOVE the Sculptures made from Recycled parts.

Fancy place. Never thought id see a fully paved scrap yard, cheap pricing...not the scrap yard if looking to get a decent price on your metal.

Great experience. Super helpful employees helped me properly recycle everything I brought. I'll be back again next home clean out.

They have a really nice set up and are very friendly. I drove 10 miles over there, had 64 pounds of iron. They paid me 1.28 cents. I will not waste my time going there.

The new management team is great! They really cleaned up the place and made it a lot easier to know what to do when I bring stuff. Friendly too, and willing to help as much as needed.

Horrible customer service! The guy I spoke with on the phone was so rude, that I decided to take my business elsewhere.I was looking to get rid of several items, car parts including tires and rims, exhaust, a plastic fuel tank, and a truck seat, as well as an old hot tub. The village of Grafton website mentioned Port Recycling as an option for "larger items." So, I called to find out what they would and wouldn't take. I asked a lot of questions because I had no idea what they took. This clearly frustrated the guy. He was rude and did not want to be helpful. When I asked about specific items, he kept saying "we take metal." He eventually told me I could bring other items, but if they weren't metal, they would have to charge me. They wouldn't take the hot tub...that's ok, I understand. How about tires? No...ok, I get it...they require special disposal. But you'll take rims, right? "As long as they don't have tires on them." Duh, does he think I'm an idiot? He just told me "no" to tires. How about the car seat? "Yes, but I'll have to charge you.". Ok, about how much? "I can't tell you, you'll have to bring it over.". It's a bench seat from a pick up truck, you can't even give me some idea of how much you'll charge? He said, maybe $5 bucks, we'd have to see it, and he hung up! Yikes! They won't get my business!

I am so glad this business is under new administration,I was reading a bad comments from the previous owner but this new administration improved and updated this business doing it pretty good for the people ofOzaukee .Co. Thank you for the Ozaukee administration allowing this business growing up to get a place to recycling our old stuffs.,it is very helpful for the community.Thank You! : )
