I would never bring my car anywhere else! I have a very old BMW 525i and have had several different problems with it & many things done at this shop. They fix everything so quickly, do an awesome job for a great price. They really know what they are doing are very trust worthy and have a lot of experience fixing all types of cars. Thanks Hot Auto!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM!! They refused to fix small issue found 2 days after purchase. Wouldn’t even let their OWN auto shop fix major problem that was under warranty!! SHADY!!! They wanted to fix it cheaper!! They are trying to wait me out until the warranty expires!!! Slow to return calls/texts if at all!! The actual machanics seem legit and honest. But warning... do not purchase a car from them.

After calling around town for a tow and every company in Syracuse prices made me vomit! I was referred to hot rides and what a blessing it was! Way cheaper, very pleasant and very fast!
