Was stuck on the side of the road and an officer recommended JRs. I gave them a call and they were out right away. They don't have a shop there themselves but were able to recommend a good shop close to my apartment and towed it there for me. Even had them put my tow bill towards my labor/parts bill from the shop so I only had to pay once. Super nice, would definitely use again/recommend.

Called for a tow. I ended up waiting for 2 hours. The guy never left and said he did. He never called or tried finding me. You could see me clear from the road. We called him and he claimed he didnt know why he didnt try to contact me. Terrible!

First of all thanks Jr Wrecker Services I have had nothing but a great experience with the people here!Where I work we work on a lot of older classic cars and also some regular vehicles and every tow they bring us we have no problems whatsoever. They have great pricing, great staff and an all around great company so don't call anyone else but Jr Wrecker services or you might regret it ! Again thanks guys!

Dissatisfied, and very disappointed, they tow my car there on Saturday night, and Monday when I got there at 8am the time they open to take my stuff and tools out, I saw some of my tools on top of my car, I don't know why, also I realize that I missing some tools, I told the front desk about that, and the answer was, people breaking in and stealing stuff from cars overnight in the lot, and they said we don't have control and there is nothing we can do, so I don't know why they have security cameras for, and the people over there missing my tools or borrow them without return them, watch out if they tow your car over there, take everything out before they take it, otherwise, stealers overnight are going to search your car and clean it for you

Left my car with a flat tire after paying $250, and did not own up to it. Terrible business with terrible employees. I would give them a 0 star if I could. I recommend going to a bigger business, this small one is just hungry for money.

WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!!!My car was towed on Monday morning, i called to see if i could come get it, i was told NO because they were closed for the holiday (New Years) and would open up again on Wednesday and that i wouldn’t be charged for those days they are closed, just the towing fee of 150. Came today (Wednesday) to pick up my car and they charged me 295 (3 days worth of storage) and said i could’ve picked it up Monday, yet when i called Monday i was told i couldn’t pick it up. So now I’m paying money for THEIR inconvenience, 3 days worth of storage on days they were CLOSED. On top of that, they are INCONSIDERATE and RUDE. The guy that answers the phone should be FIRED. I think his name is mike if I’m not mistaken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this tow truck service. They had an entire street blocked, so I parked in a LEGAL parking spot. He then got out and yelled at me that I needed to move my car, I said “well you were blocking the entire road so I parked”. He told me well I was on the phone. I told him, “you could have asked me nicer and I would have moved.” He then yelled at me again and told me he would have me towed then. I said, “go ahead then.” And sat in my car to make sure he didn’t mess with my car. So now I’m sitting here waiting for him to finish towing the car behind me. Because he didn’t actually need me to move, he was just being lazy.

These people told me they’d be here in 45 minutes. They sent me 3 separate texts saying they are on their way. After exactly 45 minutes they cancelled stating they do not have the proper equipment. Now here I am waiting on a new tow.

Very friendly, they gave me a good deal because of my situation (Navy wife). They didn't rush me in any way, for a towing company they were very friendly and family oriented.
