Eric is the best. He worked with me with my busy schedule and when it came down to price quote, he quoted me the best price. Alot of salvage companies will try to take advantage of people, especially when they claim "their going to be doing all the work" but Eric was very very professional and empathetic with my situation. He addressed my issues and concerns and made the process very easy and comfortable. I highly highly recommend his services.

Much better experience than I had planned on. I had stripped most of my Impreza to sell the parts and Eric was extremely helpful in removing the remaining chassis/carcass. Great guy, very friendly, and he was very quick removing the car from the public parking at my apartment.Hopefully I will never need to junk a car again, but I would not hesitate to contact Eric if I find myself in the situation.

Eric did answer quickly, and told me in no uncertain terms (interrupted me even) that he requires a title on all vehicles. Of course that's his business, but his comments in other reviews here to the contrary were what led me to call in the first place.

Just plain rude! I donated my car to a vet in Cary, but I live about 2 hours away. The engine blew and AAA said the car would cost more to fix than it's worth so I started to call around to get the vehicle junked. This gentleman cut me off while I was explaining this, assuming I didn't have a title or keys. I was immediately offended and asked if I could finish my sentence. His response: "Sure, but I'm a very, very busy man." Wow! I told him to have a nice day and hung up. Whatever happened to being polite?
