I rarely give review but this company pissed me off so much that I want people to know how rude these people are. My car was totaled and they won’t release the vehicle to my insurance unless I physically come there and sign. They said I can’t do it online, via email or fax. I live two states away and it’s absolutely ridiculous… I asked I could be in different continents why I have to come there to sign for a junk car… people on phone were rude and they need to upgrade their systems and the way they do their business. At list be polite !!!!

after we paid $500, just to get our car out there, they still wanna charge to tow the car out. claiming that it was not "safe to drive ". We are only two kids, trying to fix the headlight that were hanging and some other plastic parts. even though the police officer told us (on the accident day)we could drive the car only if the registration was renewed. That was the only reason. One of their employees got inside our car, grab the keys and started running away! Please share this video 🙏🏼

Would give 0 stars if that was an option based on my recent experience. Terrible customer service and the owner was outright rude for absolutely no reason. We did not have a choice where our car was towed to, but I would never have picked this place had we been able to choose.

These people are the worst kinda people there are! My car ended up getting towed to this place and by the time I got to my car, my back window was smashed in and they rummaged through my car. Luckily they didn’t find 500 dollars I had tucked away in a secret spot :P . Losers, if I could give them 0 stars I would in a heartbeat! Don’t come here, not even to “fix” your car. They are SCAMMERS!!!!

They were great. My sister in-law had a motorcycle accident and it was towed to Kazanjians and they were a big help. The bike was unreliable and a good guy Kevin got the fender off so I could ride it home.. some good guys there ..

Thanks Arty for letting me get all my things from my vehicle, along with letting me use your tools for my plates! You were so kind, helpful, and made my rough day so much better. I really appreciated the friendly smile and humor you provided, while I had to deal with a total loss vehicle situation. I also want to shout out to Yolanda for her help too. You both are such awesome humans and I am so grateful to have your help. Thanks for providing me such great service.

The guys here were quick and efficient. Came within 15 minutes of call. My car was totaled and I had to pick up my belongings the following week. All items remained untouched and they helped me remove my plates. Very helpful and nice. Highly recommend. Thank for all your help, guys!

Only reason I'm getting them 3 stars is because one of the two truck drivers was extremely cool. Other than that the customer service woman was extremely ignorant. She's lucky I was in a decent mood that day because 8 would have told her about herself worse than I already did.

This is worst company ever, lady on the phone is so rude, driver was arrogant and took my car to the wrong yard where I was charged extra fee. But mainly was lack of transparency in price. They charged me $ 1130. Yes one thousand fricking dollars. Be careful and go else where
- VValeria Arias
My car had been impounded. I don't remember the cost but both windows were down and when i went to pick it up they were charging an additional 50$. They had put plastic on each window to keep it dry from the rain. I didn't ask for the plastic! & def not if they were charging 25$ per piece of plastic. Why even make the effort of putting the plastic on to charge. Oh and I didn't forget the 200$ cash i left in the glove with the ATM receipt. The receipt was there not the cash but hey if it was the driver he needed it much more than I did.

They stole the money from my change bin. I had about 100 different coins in there at least, and when I got the car back there was zero coins. They're a bunch of thieves and they're fat and ugly as well. No wonder they're so miserable, they're so ugly and gross. The place is a dump in the office and its dirty and smells bad. They're so white trash its disgusting. Stay away from this place !!!!

They helped me out a lot today. Good group of people.

They have attendance of playing games when you try to recover your car during a snow storm. They will be like, we closed, police called us for a tow, we going on lunch, trying to hold your car for extra charges, fees per day. Two ladies the Dispercher and one at the receptionist are very rude and un professional. People have also commented of their belongings missing, money etc from their cars. They are horrible do not use them for any services, towing or mechanic, you will regret it.

This place is terrible, the staff are rude and I think they are not honest . They towed my car from a mechanic's garage on Thursday night I Was informed by the mechanic on Friday at around 11am I got to the tow yard at 12:15pm and they were closed and didn't open on Sat and Sun. The sign in front of the shop says open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm and Sat -Sun 9am -1pm and this was not a holiday. I ended up paying $315 to get the car out on Monday instead of $45 on Friday , I am not sure if the Lowell police are in on this fraud too, but they are working with this tow yard that's clearly defrauding the citizens of this city and making life difficult on people. They even wanted to keep the car for more days so I can pay more money for the additional days , the lady at the counter insisted that the car wouldn't be released untill I bring the original title to the car, I have the registration in my name and I gave her my ID but she still wanted the title, I went home looking for the title but couldn't find it I guess I have it mixed up with other documents, so I had to go back to the tow yard and put up a fight, created a scene and that was when they released the car. The Lowell police might be clearly involved in this scam too. They need to look into this , they shouldn't allow the tow yards to take advantage of people simply because their cars got towed there by the police. They're supposed to be fighting against fraud not perpetrating it .

They towed my car from STREET PARKING!!!!! And then had to pay $233 to get it out(cash only) who doesn't take cards these days??!!! Anyways... paid them and went to get my car. My wallet had been moved outta place and THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!! All my cards were still there but my CASH WAS GONEEE! The guy was blaming me and asking why I left my wallet in the car? Ummmm I don't know probably because I wasn't planning on getting towed! Anyways when you drive and park your car for a minute to go inside your house do you take your wallet with you?? Probably not. Bunch of thieves!! He said he doesn't know what happened/who took it and it's not their fault.
- GGenna Kocsis
Horrible service, horrible people working there and own this company. I also know they underpay their tow truck drivers and even treat their employees like absolute trash. If you’re looking for a job DONT WORK HERE if you need your car towed DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. they’re liars and thieves just like everyone else says in these reviews. Poor excuses of human beings at this company
- KKat
They make the entire process of picking up your car harder so they can prolong the time and take more money. Make sure you figure out what you need to get your car and don't ask them, they will mislead you. Very dishonest, bad people running this business.
- JJohn Norris
I understand no one is happy when their car gets towed because they parked somewhere they shouldn't have. But when I needed an emergency tow to my garage, Kazanjian Tow showed up in 10 minutes, they were professional and the charge was reasonable. I know what they charge in Boston so I'm not gonna complain. Thank you for helping me!
- SSully Fisher
They will steal your car for ransom.

My Car was Stolen Saturday 10/29/16 and was missing for about a week. I reported it stolen, I got a call from the Lowell Police telling me My Car was recovered in and in kazanjians towing 11/4/16. ON THE CAR IT WAS MAKRED TOWED ON 10/31/16. THEY WAITED A WEEK TO CALL THE POLICE. I HAD TO PAY 300 DOLLAR TO GET MY CAR OUT! THEY COULDN'T TELL THE POLICE OR ASK ANYTHING ABOUT THE CAR THE FIRST DAY THE GOT IT. IT'S LIKE THEY WAITED TO COLLECT Good money!
- BBoaz Mutale
They lie about pricing then after hit you with a bill that would shock you. Someone needs to sue this place and close it for good. Very rude people on the phone too
- MMandy Groves
0 stars based on my experience with them.
- TThe rod and Reproof
Place is owned by thieves. They stole all my clothes from my car after it was towed. They said a bunch of kids got caught there. They are liars and thieves. Of course the police use them they are cut from the same cloth.
- BBryanna Berardi
When getting my car, the short, chubby bald man with a lisp (he would not give a name so I have to give a description) used a racial slur and called me the c-word as well. Very despicable man. Be careful if you are non-white or a female. You might have a hate crime on top of the tow charge. It's 2017 man, stop hiring racist drivers!
- AAshley Lynn
Careful. When ur car gets towed make sure u get everything out of ur car esp if u have a sound system. They would not let me get my things out of my car. Worst towing company ever.
- mmike johnson
Said it was $75 then $3 each mile, towed me 3 miles then said it was $129. Said he was 15 miles away before he picked me up when I was only 5 miles from their shop. Also heard they failed someone for a brake light bulb and charged $50 to change it. Don't use them to tow, repair, or inspect your car!
- PPatricia Valley
So unprofessional. I called the number displayed on Google. A gentleman answered the phone and told me that I have to call the office that the girl was going to be back on a few (I didn't know what girl). I asked what was the office number, his answer was OK and hung up on me.
- RREDRUM187
Great bunch of people great bunch of people but you have to watch out for the old lady
- JJohn Farley
You let me get my kids Cairo the day before Thanksgiving when they were closed I've been dealing with them my whole life and ever since at least told my first vehicle back in 1986 I guess it's still a love-hate relationship but if you need a tow there be there in a heartbeat what do you want one or not.
- BBrock Friedman
