Loved the experience overall. Staff was very friendly and liked to joke a bit too, making it a friendly atmosphere. The inventory is huge and lots of parts to pick. I did end up picking a part that differed slightly for what fitted my car, but the staff helped me out and together we made it right. Will definitely return for future projects!

Terrible staff. Walked out with a driveshaft and two broken pieces of grille trim. One they gave me for free (which was nice, but would've paid like $10 for both). My total was about $120 and I was thinking they charged me a lot for the driveshaft. Turns out they charged me $38 for a broken piece of grille trim. When I walked back in after looking at my receipt, they said "sorry.. No returns since you didn't get the warranty". What a lousy place

Prices on E-Bay new OEM parts are cheaper and have a year warranty, and no core charges on a plastic taillights. That’s just how this places pads there bottom line money revenue. They know you will never come back and waste more of your time and gas coming back to get your $3-7 “core charge” total scam place. I only buy from here if the part is not available new or cannot be found on Car-part.com used. They cannot use plastic parts for any kind of recycling. LKQ sends it straight to the landfills. Paying for a warranty is a scam like for a taillight or seat. They add it on at checkout hoping you will no decline it or see it added for another “fee.” Scam scam scam!

Would be 5 star but it was extremely muddy and I fell. The staff was super nice, the rows were labeled well, good selection of parts

Everything was as expected except the prices are dramatically higher than I remember. An 18" Aluminum wheel with a tire on it totaled $135. That did include a $35 core charge. Hopefully I can find a junk aluminum rim laying around somewhere to get that back. They also charged a $5 environmental fee. I'm not sure if that has something to do with the tire disposal, if so, that doesn't make sense because the tire was good and I didn't bring a core with a junk tire on it.

I never thought a Junk Yard would be fun. I've pulled parts from here and learned a lot about cars, also saved a ton of money getting my own parts, I also sold a totaled car to LKQ, both where a great experience. You have to remember when you go, its a salvage yard not the Ritz Carlton. Staff has always been really nice to me.

Place was okay, minus the entry fee and what’s with the environmental fee? I’m buying your junk, I should get a discount.

Place is a joke. Went and pulled all my own parts and the price was so high so I went and looked how much headlights and etc.. were online new and they were $10 to $15 cheaper for brand new and I didn’t have to put in the work of pulling my own stuff. Went in and immediately returned it and they guy at the register had an attitude with me because I showed him it was cheaper online brand new. I’ll never go there again big scam!!! Look on eBay or Amazon make sure it’s not cheaper before you spend hours at a junkyard pulling parts and paying more for it!!

Staff was fun to deal with. Process was handled quickly and easy to understand. Sold my daughter's 2001 Olds Alero car to them and got top dollar. Car had a blown head gasket.

Poor customer service, one of the workers a women was yelling, cussing and threw a credit card matching across the counter at a customer due to him taking it card out too soon after he heard a beep, other worker think his name was Austin was very rude to his customer and told him to just pick a wheelbarrow so he knew what number he had. Mine worked was very short, rude, when asked if he could help unload because I was another told we had to self unload he got an attitude and said that he will come out and help...very very poor customer service and will not be going back again

I used to love going to LKQ for parts a couple years ago. Their prices were in check. They also used to have half off days and 40% off days. Since then, their prices have risen to the point of not being affordable. They have also added fees that just push the out the door cost too high. I really hope they can start charging realistic prices again.

This place is a joke I looked online to make sure they had the parts i was looking for before i made the 2hr drive each way. I get there and spend an hr walking around just to see they don't have the bumper that I drove 2 hrs to get They did have the tail light I needed online it says $28 when the guy rings it up its $58 i can buy a brand new 1 for $45 and all the guy can say is bet every time I ask him anything or say anything all that's coming out of his mouth is bet bet what a complete waste of my day day

Refused to take any action on updating errors in inventory, had inaccurate interchange listings, refuse to open a line to ask questions to staff regarding anything. Will also not tell you they are charging you for warranties, expect you to know despite literally every other pick and pull type yard not doing it.

I’m amazed. I came here 2/12/22, looking for a fuel filler door for my f150, and a center console for a 2002 subaru outback legacy. I came in to check out and the guy told me to “have a good day” and said I didn’t need to pay for the stuff. Thank you so much to whoever that was, as it saved me a good amount of money. Place was pretty well organized, had a huge selection. Was a little bit messy in parts but that’s because I came by around 3pm on a friday. I’d reccomend some good rubber boots if you visit after it rains, too.

Pricing is way higher than Weller in Grand Rapids. A basic 2010s OEM Dodge radio without a screen or nav cost me $45 and they don't offer a return, unless you pay an extra $12 for a warranty. Still out $12 if it doesn't work. Meanwhile at Weller the same exact part is $20 with a no questions asked return for a full refund. LKQ isn't what it used to be.

Awesome staff! Great prices, convenient location close to 131. Big variety of selection. Lots of carts to carry your parts. Most of all I love that they are open 7 days a week!!!

Your prices are so far out of line for a self-service ridiculous! $130 for a torque converter? Lucky's sells them for $30. $400 for a rear diff?? I can get one cheaper from a full service and not have to pull it!

My very first encounter was over the phone. I had to slow the conversation down with the person taking my call. It was a young lady who tried to rush me off the phone, and seemed almost frustrated that i was asking questions; even after i told her it was my first time engaging LKQ. When I got off the phone, i was more confused than when i started. My son and i drove 20 minutes to check the place out. When i walked in, there were two guys at the front desk area. I had to engage them for help. We were not even acknowledged when we walked in. One of the guys didn't even look up. He was staring at his screen. The guy who did talk to us never smiled and seemed like it was a task to answer some basic questions. We were charged an admission fee with the blind hope of finding the parts we were looking for. When i entered the yard, the vehicles are all in a row (nice), but trashed. The worst part was the customer service. As i reentered the front office from the yard, the guys just looked at me as i walked out the front door; almost as if i was trespassing... after i paid. They said nothing...not "have a good day," or bye...nothing! What a bad and terrible experience.

I've been going to this place for alot of years and it was for the most part organized and staff was great. Now the organization is terrible, they are not by make anymore. spent way to long looking for vehicles and gave up, this was second time since this reorganization, and my last. Staff wasn't horrible, they were to busy playing grabass with each other to take care of customers. When the finally did acknowledge you they were not as friendly as they should be. They act as if your a interruption to them.

I have no complaints. $3 entry fee is reasonable, prices are reasonable, lot is large with a variety of vehicles. The guys are laid back. Just wear boots when you go if it has rained recently. Don't walk in with the expectation of them having what you're looking for or you may walk out disappointed. Nearly every time I'm there I find something I forgot I needed - even if I walk out without what I was there for in the first place.

Young man was so cheerful and friendly when paying for our parts on Sunday. Thanks. Been going here for years. Yes not organized great and picked over well, but large selection and great chances of finding what you need. I go other places in the area too. Can't go wrong here if you know what to expect.

Best you-pick place I've been to. Nice, helpful staff. Gave me a printout listing all the cars I was looking for and their locations on the lot. All car rows are neat, organized, and marked. Got the parts i needed quickly and easily! I'll definitely be going back

If you need a car part, do not waste your time here. The people here are extremely unhelpful and honestly seem to not care whether you get your part or not. They wouldn't even tell me if my vehicle was in there a lot. They told me that's not their responsibility. I ended up paying to go out into the yard to find only the one type of car like mine, which wasn't the problem but the car had already been picked over so bad (like all the other cars there) that there was nothing left. I then came in to ask about wheels for my car. It took three people to give me a price for the wheels that did not match the website. They wanted $100 more than the website said for basic stock wheels. When I asked him why he just told me well that's the price. Obviously I won't go there again.

Very nice spot for car parts. Junk yard has a lot of cars and prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly! Look at their cars first on their website before going. 3 dollar entry free to get in

By chance, I came here to check the place out. Was looking for the back window on a Ford 2011 Ranger and they had one. Was easy to pull off and the price was on the low side. So, I got it! Many thanks to John for the great help and to rest of the crew.. Will come back again to look around for ranger parts..
