UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION — BEWARE. I contacted this company to pick up my Lexus from a tow yard. I provided the make, model, and condition of the vehicle. They only asked very basic questions and still proceeded to severely lowball me with an offer under $500, which is already insulting. But the worst part was their complete lack of professionalism and follow-through. This was on Wednesday the 7th. I was told they provide pickup service and that all I needed to do was notify the tow company and schedule a time. We agreed they would contact me between 1:30–2:30 PM the next day so I could meet them. Instead, they called once at 9:00 AM, outside of the agreed time window, did not leave a voicemail, and then claimed they “couldn’t pick up the car” because I didn’t answer. That excuse is unacceptable. I clearly provided a specific timeframe. Even worse, the vehicle could have still been picked up directly from the tow yard, but due to their failure to follow instructions and communicate, my car was not retrieved, and I was forced to pay an additional day of storage and towing fees because of their negligence. I spoke with the manager, and the same lack of coordination and accountability continued. It is obvious this company does not communicate internally, and the customer is the one who suffers for it. When I attempted to reschedule for the next day, I was told there were no drivers available until the following week — completely unacceptable for a company that advertises pickup services. No effort was made to accommodate me, despite the fact that their mistake had already cost me extra money. To top it off, the staff was rude, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with due to language barriers and poor customer service skills. This company is careless, disorganized, and clearly does not value its customers. If you offer a service, you should be prepared to actually perform it and take responsibility when you fail. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and extra expenses. This is a TRASH operation with zero accountability.

If you need used parts cheap and don’t mind getting your hands dirty to save a buck, this is the place for you. Good quality parts cheap. They have a staff that is always willing to go extra to help you find right parts at right price. Have different sections for each make of vehicle and the sections are clearly marked

Please understand that this company is betting against you in hopes you lose your receipt so they can’t honor your warranty or exchange or refund. I lost my receipt but had a picture of it on my phone as precautionary method and they still wouldn’t honor the bad transmission I purchased. Told me they need the physical receipt even though they were 100% it was there’s . That’s 400$ down the drain. And also the $700 it cost me to put it in.
