Please understand that this company is betting against you in hopes you lose your receipt so they can’t honor your warranty or exchange or refund. I lost my receipt but had a picture of it on my phone as precautionary method and they still wouldn’t honor the bad transmission I purchased. Told me they need the physical receipt even though they were 100% it was there’s . That’s 400$ down the drain. And also the $700 it cost me to put it in.

We were there on Monday, 6/23/25. To get parts for my car. It would've been nice if you had a place to sit inside while I wanted for my boyfriend and his brother to get the parts we needed. Also, an inside bathroom with handicap use. We had been to 2 other places that day that had both. I asked the security gentleman, and a lady that worked there said they both wished they did.
