I called these people to confirm they had the part I needed so I could pay and have it picked up because I needed the part asap and was told they would have someone check it out and give me a call back so they could make sure it was “the right part for my vehicle” Didn’t get a call back so had to call again to see if it was the right part and they told me it was. Paid for the part over the phone, picked it up a few hours later and tried to put it on my vehicle and turns out they gave me a part to a 2.0 focus and not a 2.3 like I had told them in the beginning before paying anything. And I can’t even get a refund. Just have to take the loss.. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS”

The staff is very knowledgeable but, lacks in customer service. Took my vehicle took almost 2 days for them to start looking at my vehicle, once everything was done the price was a little high but decent. My car broke down the next day and they charged me to haul my vehicle and look it over, even though it was their wrong doing.

I called Martinez used parts looking for a driver side mirror for a 2007 Ford Expedition .. I had previously looked on line to see how much a new one was . Well just be careful what and where you buy your parts .. Martinez had the mirror and btw it is an Eddie bower edition so the mirror is heated and has the blinker turn signal in it Martinez priced it at $225.00 plus tax 🤨whoa my jaw hit the ground and this is why I found a brand new mirror online for around $135.00 and free shipping “SHOP AROUND PEOPLE”! Save your money quit giving it away to greedy no accounts !!
