Plumbing contractor...been going here for many years. Never had an issue. Always found employees to be pleasant and helpful, both in the yard and in the office. Have no reason to go anywhere else. Thank-you for the service that you provide.

I've been here a few times to trade in miscellaneous scrap metal for $$$. I'm amazed at how helpful and efficient the employees are. The yard workers appear to be focused on customer relations, which is a plus when you show up wondering how it all works. A+++

I stopped in with a friend getting rid of some metal. I wanted a steering wheel so we found one in the yard. (I don't live near Rochester by the way.) I had previously looked up prices for used steering wheels which were $11 and $6. They wanted $30. I offered $10. He said no stating that because it had switches the price was $30. Comparing their price to the other pick n pull yards, I find them to be high. New Switches are cheaper than a new steering wheel. So the price jump was not logical. The staff was friendly, however I will be looking for a steering wheel and future parts elsewhere.

This place is usually the first choice to take my scrap from my auto shop. They get a little out of control with catalytic converters so make sure you know what you have or it's really not going to be worth it. As the time of this posting scrap price is up 60 bucks in the week an a half!!

Called about getting rid of an old jeep. They told us price and we told them we could deliver everything was all set. Get the jeep up there after spending a few hours getting it ready to go up there and it isn't until after that they tell us about the $75 fee for taking it to scottsville rd location instead of the Bergen location. It would of been great to know that the previous day when we called instead of wasting our time going there we would of been happy to go Bergen instead seeing how it's closer for us anyways. Probably will never do business with them again because of this.

I go out of my way just to go here.. it's a quick and easy stop and all the employees are nice and polite. Steel st. And Portland ave. Are closer but I will never go there again everybody is rude, disrespectful, and miserable. Thanks for running a good business with good employees

Went inside was 4900 lb, removed a lot of aluminum and some of copper wires, then unload some scrap of steel, exit came out 4720lb which it mean 180lb. Gave me paid and later I left and notice 107lb net. Well, congrats you lost the customer that I am no longer trust them, I am goin with Ben scrap yard for now on...

Helpful staff, fair prices. Better than most scrap yards I've been to.

Con artist. Refused to separate stranded copper, gave 50% below market price for over 700lbs of insulated copper wire. Made it complicated and confusing with lack of supervision @ interior scales. Will not return. Very unprofessional.
