Bill at North End Cycle Salvage was extremely helpful in locating an ABS control module for my 2003 BMW 1150 RT. He responded to my inquiry almost immediately, was thorough and professional to ensure he found me the right part. I appreciate his fantastic customer service. Will definitely reccomend to anyone looking for parts for their bike. Tracy Johnson Spokane, WA

Bill at NE Cycle helped me try to find a rear sub-frame for my 2014 FJR 1300 A. My frame had cracks on both sides and was not safe. After several attempts, we were unable to land the (correct) part that we were looking for either in the States or Europe. He then suggested that we send him the existing frame and his shop would weld it. I had looked locally (No. CA) and if there were people doing this work, I couldn't find them. The process went very quickly and smoothly at a very fair price and the final product looks great. Great customer service and good quality work - I highly recommend these guys.

Got a used Ignition control module for my 2001 vt1100t motorcycle. Arrived on time and was the right part. When installed my bike runs like new!! Thank You!! Will deal with you again and tell others. Bill Emmons, Johnstown, NY

Had a starter rebuilt there got it back still broken. Plastic pieces came out when I opened and inspected found out the ground wire was never soldered on. I brought it back. Now they want to charge me for my rebuild and brushes. 195 + 50$. Aren't brushes supposed to be in the rebuild. This place has shady tree mechanics that don't even know they're supposed to locktite the starter bolts after they do the rebuild let alone clean anything with cleaner. Upon inspection it looks like they spray painted my starter and sent it out without anything done to it.

Great people. I bought a bike online in January from half way round the world. They kept it for me for 5 months until today when I went to meet them and pick it up.

I recently purchased multiple parts from NE Cycle, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. NE Cycle offers a wide selection of high-quality motorcycle parts, accessories, and gear. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. It’s obvious that Bill the owner takes pride in his work and treats all customers with respect. The parts I bought have improved my motorcycle's performance, and the overall ordering process was seamless. I highly recommend NE Cycle for all your motorcycle needs. Five stars!

Terrible service and outrageous prices. Dude had an attitude the whole time. All they do is look on eBay and charge the same price or higher. Was looking for a few things for a 2000 Kawasaki Bayou. He told me his prices were high because the parts are discontinued. Well Duh! It’s a 23 year old bike. 🤦🏻♂️ Very rude and argumentative. I will never come her again! 😡

Great People to work with! The communication through out the whole transaction was great! Both emails and phone calls! Mike at the parts counter is the man! He helped find the part I needed, and was part of the whole transaction! I haven’t even got the part yet (it was shipped to Utah) and not sure it will work? But I will be a returning customer! Thanks Mike!

Turned down a severely dented tank after he said he had a good one with no dents for $275, result... wanted $20 for a $5 seal $50 for a $20 switch and all kinds of other over priced bull
- BBarbara Wilson
Omg where have you been all my life...saved $200...they had just what needed

Don’t know how it is to buy a part but I went in looking at a couple of trikes. He was more concerned about me wearing a mask than customer service. He quoted me a couple grand cheaper for the trike until he heard that I saw it online and raised the price. Not the way I do business. I’ll spend my 10k somewhere that has a/c and doesn’t hassle me about wearing a mask after eye surgery.

They seem tough but honestly just trying to make sure you get exactly what you need. They have alot of older parts that are discounted and rare to find. Friendly staff and definitely know what they are doing.

I had the wonderful opportunity to wander around inside the parts/sales area for about 13 minutes or there about without making contact with any employees. It was then I shopped with my feet and left feeling totally rejected. I'll have to discuss this with my therapist. Oh well.

I have called here over 8 times in the last 2 months trying to get prices for parts and seeing if they have them in stock. Every time I would get ahold of somebody they would say they'll check out back and get right back to me and I have not received a phone call since. Finally got somebody today and told them that I will wait on the phone until they give me a price because you never called me back and when he finally did get back to me his prices were so outrageous I had to laugh at them on the phone. Wanting $450 for a used part when I can get one brand new on eBay for $380 or at the dealership for $400. Quoted me $54 for a used ignition switch with only one key when I can buy brand new on ebay for $7 with free shipping. Complete total rip offs that did not know what they were talking about.

Cheaper than the dealer with the same quality parts! I bought a start relay and installed it myself with no problems! Dealer wanted $90 And I bought it here for $60. My bikes running like new!

I had searched local dealers and salvage yards for this part with no luck. I knew this would be dificult due to the age of the ATV, 21 years. I widened my search and located North End Cycle. It was, without a doubt my lucky day. Within 24 hours Bill called me back, he had located the part, gave me a very reasonable price and sent photos via email to make sure it was a good match. I received the part within 3 days, installed it and have no question of being a return customer
- MMark Martin
What a joke. Toothless guy at the front had no interest in talking to customers or trying to make a sale. Drove an hour to get there and wish I hadn't. Such a shame that with a little effort they could make more money. Spend your money elsewhere.
- RRoger Brewster
Great place, very helpful been around forever. Got parts for my 72 Yamaha no problem. If they dont have it they can tell you where to get it

We haven't installed our part we purchased yet, but we have had a good overall experience so far. We purchased a Vulcan engine and delt with Rick for the online and communications portion of the transaction. We decided to make a road trip out of it (save the shipping cost) and drive 5 hours to Beaumont to pick it up. When we got there the part was ready. The guys loaded it into our car and the onsite person "in charge", Tom was really nice and helpful. He let us know to contact him there at the shop if we had any questions or needed any thing else. We wanted to meet Rick to thank him for his help, but we found out he mostly works from home processing the online and phone orders. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is due to the fact that the email was slightly unclear in the begining and the shipping, I felt was a little high, wasn't mentioned until we were ready to purchase.

All in All, a great experience. Billy at Northend Cycle Salvage is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had some generally hard-to-find used motorcycle parts for a restoration that I'm working on--and he was able to locate exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely not hesitate to do business with Northend Cycle Salvage again.

I never give 5 stars but they are great to work with. Bill was able to answer all my questions very friendly. Would go buy from them again

I will admit E-bay is my go to. But Paypal is a pain in the a**. Half of the time they will not process my card. Cancelled the purchase with them. and searched for another source of a used front differential for my SxS. Northend Salvage came up on the search engine. They were able to supply a differential for $3.00 more than e-bay. It came clean and well packed, installed and works like it should. Description was right on. Following that they worked with me for a hood and referred me with a link when a used hood was not available. They also worked with me to get around the problem where paypal will not process my commercial visa card. Northend has now become my go to source for used motorcycle and SxS parts.

Good place and great people. They'll try to find and help you with all your motorcycle parts needs.

The guy named Rick who claimed to be the owner very rude, received a price over the phone, price was different when I got there.
- RReginia Dragulski
They are great. Have done business with them for many many years, very good folks!
- sste ven
Very unfortunate experience. I tried to give them every chance to make my purchase right. Did not honor any compromise to resolve my non-working unit. It's disappointing to see someone who's been in business so long to just look the other way when something goes wrong

Would like to thank Bill for finding an obsolete part for my harley, I searched the interweb every where with no luck and after getting in touch with him in less than a week he had found my part and was quickly shipped to me. Thanks again Bill.
- KKeith Darrell O'Connor
Extremely over priced..guy tried selling me a tank with dents and pinholes..for 300$..over priced junk..
- SScottie Schwartz (SLS2)
If I posted pictures you would run like hell. New ownership by Bill's the word around town. Needless to say, if you take your bike here, don't take your before/after pictures unless you are connected to Google drive. It saves the time, date, and location of the pictures you take. I'll update the review soon but I'mma leave this up here in the meanwhile.
- KKenny Ardoin
Called for a shock. Dude blurts "oooo about $250.. phahaha I told him he was crazy and hung up.. been there and nothing but over priced junk.. dont use them please!! Id go without if they had the last part on earth
