Everyone I dealt with here was very kind to me after my first ever accident, from the quick and professional tow truck operator at the scene to the office staff who answered everything about the paperwork for the insurance. They're good people.

Called pleasant conversation with the gentleman who answered. I didn't have a physical address and he stated he knew exactly where I was located. I asked how soon should I be there to meet him? He said you are the customer How can we help you. In 15 mins tow taken care of! Great customer service! would recommend.

The place is a rip off, I mistakenly had my wrecked car towed there after an accident that happened Saturday mid afternoon. I went there Monday to get my personal belongings from the car and sign the car over for scrap. I mistakenly thought I may get a few dollars from the car. Nope, they charged all kinds of fees including 3 days storage plus an administrative fee. I found out later the administration fee is for them submitting a request for the title in case the car is financed. I handed them the title on the spot, no administration there. Oh three days storage lets see, Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon 1 day, Sunday to Monday 1 day. 1+1 =2 not 3In the end, I did not get one penny for the car, but owed them $50 for a bogus administration fee.I would not recommend this scrap yard to anyone and would encourage everyone to avoid it.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They were very rude, would hang up on you or name call. Even if you had all the right paperwork for a vehical they would refuse to let you get your vehical the same day because they wanted to keep it longer for extra money.

Love this yard fast and easy to find the product I need without the hassle of the jerk on lusher joe who turns away customers

worst customer service I have ever experienced! They were extremely rude, I was not aloud to speak or explain anything! When I did ask a question, they responded with name calling and disrespect. They have absolutely no customer service skills, everyone should stay as far away from Tom's Auto salvage as possible!

Called around for a headlight assembly waiting to hear back from toms to price match. They wanted $55. For a headlight for an 01 aztek.... I found one for $25 and could have ordered online with shipping and handling for less. Trying to get rich off of junk lol
