    Rude ass guy hung up on me for asking him questions. Told me his guy is busy pulling out other parts for another car that he doesn’t have time to go and check for the part I needed. I know junk yards and known for their weird rude workers but dam, I hope the owner is aware or maybe that was the owner. Don’t give this people your money!

    I’ve never been to a Rastro and called asking how it works to get a part for my truck model. The man instantly was annoyed and rude. Turns out the price was the same as ordering brand new online with 2 day shipping…not worth dealing with used parts and rude customer service.

    So I called for a part and was told 250, then I went in and got up charged. Ignored that and just paid it. Was told 30 min to wait for the part to be removed. No big deal. Waited. 90 minutes after still not done. After it was done I asked the guy to load the part onto my truck . He then tells me he gets paid to take apart parts not to load them for anyone. Keep in mind a junkyard, parts that are filthy dirty and I came to buy one in clean clothing. Horrible customer service here. Do not go here at all. Many honest junkyards around that will gladly help you and be straightforward

    So I was here yesterday, came back today. Wrong part was given to me. Had to wait 2.5 hours for them to change it. When I asked for a refund “Frankie” which says he is the owner said he has to charge me 25%. Horrible customer service. On top of that no one has a mask on so if you’d like to catch COVID. Do come here

    I purchased a used transmission (w/a six month warranty). Within 24 hours I tried to return, because I made an error in selecting the transmission I left with. These GUYS wanted to charge me a 25% RE-STOCKING FEE, for a transmission they pulled off the shelf. Sure they would exchange, but they did not have what I needed. They maybe spent 30 minutes with me making the selection, and wanted to charge me $212.50 to return the item, which was still in the back of my truck from the previous afternoon's pick-up. Paperwork says I have a six month warranty, but now I bet they won't even honor that should I have a problem with the transmission. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

    Called ahead to make sure that my part was available and was told there were several to choose from. I arrived and looked everywhere in the yard and there were none. There is obviously issues with inventory at this location and customers should not be robbed of their time. If you don't have a part simply state the facts. Don't have customers roam your yard chasing ghosts.

    Sold me a Transmission filled with water. Dont buy from this shady company. Salesman Franky is the worst. They sell parts more expensive than a brand new part from the dealer. 0 Stars!!!!!!

    Need to learn a bit of customer service actually a lot. Prices aren’t so cheap to just put up with rude people. Wouldn’t recommend them even knowing the owners.

    After about 10 minutes of try calling, when someone finally answered, by the time I said "hello and ask for what I needed", the stupid cuban guy hung up saying no english! I would give them a negative 5 if it was possible!

    Make sure you check your parts before you leave, I was sold a defective bent drive shaft and when I went to exchange the part I was rudely told that they weren’t going to change it to come up with a little more money and in the receipt it clearly says they will exchange the part or refund the money if they don’t have the part. BE VERY CAREFUL

    This people are not only expensive, but they are also rude....!! I dont know how they sell... with such high prices and horrible customer service. I would bever buy from this auto parts. I would never recomend anyone to go there. Go somewhere else
