Went here today to try and get some backing plates. Needed them for behind my wheel bearings. Found out I didn't have dust shields on after replacing my brakes, rotors and calipers.( fun times) Anyways they seemed to have a wide variety of inventory. A mix of older and newer vehicles available. They even had some motorcycles when first walking in. One thing I didn't care for. Was I noticed a lot of the vehicles had yellow jacket/ hornet problems in them. Opened a door to one vehicle and had like four or five of them fly out at me. The parts I did pull were small I paid around $4 for them which I found to be a ok price. The rows are clearly marked with big red numbers. You tell them what your looking for .They give you a recipient looking print out with the rows the vehicles are in that your looking for.

I called on the phone to find out the price of a used tire and was told $15. Once there I told them what size tire I needed. They told me to go pick out one from the yard. When I brought the tire up it had a steel rim with it, so they said the price was $25 and a $5 core for the rim. They said that the $15 price was for tires off the rims. So even if I bring the steel rim back and get my $5 core charge back I would still be paying $25 for the used tire. It doesn't make sense. Since they knew i just wanted the tire why didnt they just charge me separately for the tire and rim, then when i brought the rim back i would get a refund for the rim.Talked to the manager, he really didn't seem to care and couldn't make any decision either way. Seems like they were more interested in winning the dispute then using common sense or helping the customer by making the deal work out.

The lot is very dirty and full of rocks that are perfectly round.Just enough to break your ankles. Prices are to high . They were bought out by a company from another country. So they're not even american company, . They get hordes of immigrant workers. They go there on fresh inventory days. And pick all the good parts that are problematic for each car. Then sell, them on ebay for even more. Definitely, my last resort place to go find parts

Been coming here since Fenix took over the U Pull in Minoa and skyrocketed their prices while keeping the yard an absolute trash hole. Route 34 has been a gold mine for me lately. The yard is clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Prices are super fair

Place gone to hell . Me n my son went there and my son gave the guy a $20 to take out the $4.00 for us to get in. The guy only gave my son back $6 .00 . Cheat him. Didn't give the $10 back. Plus cars ain't even up off ground how you gonna get a caliber ,rotor or what ever . Junk . Go some where else . Close it down 👇 .

Not good anymore new system in place all tires are on.No jacks!!allowed! Cars are bunched together you cant even get parts under or in them all in tight blocks. They do offer a request to put vehicle on stand when they can get to it! I probably will not go backever again after today November 5 2024.They say its Saftey.I say its BS. Try it if you want But don't be surprised in whats supposed to be a good experience in my opinion.

Don’t bring ANY scrap metal here. I was screwed over after coming 40 minutes out of my way. I was given .15 cents less a pound then what I was told on the phone. I weighed my copper at home before coming and was shorted 6 pounds and was told my number 1 copper was number 2 after being told it was #1 on the phone. Don’t waste your time with these scammers go somewhere else.

It's a nice small place. It's definitely limited by the size of the yard. I have never had a bad time with any of the employees. They are always super helpful. The selection of vehicles is pretty decent. Especially if you don't want to travel too far. I am in a good place where four scrap yards/you pick parts are exactly the same distance and time from me. I like going to the Auburn location because they don't have as much foot traffic as the other ones I go to. This place is definitely worth a look.

The rules apply to certain people went there to get some parts for my vehicle and I brought a sawzall to cut them both off and the dude told me I couldn't bring it in and their rules clearly states solve all are allowed then they tried to be to charge me a two-dollar cover fee when their rules specifically say they no longer do that bunch of con artist hope it burns to the ground

Roland has to be the laziest person I've ever been in contact with. Extremely unprofessional and should not be interacting with the public

Terrible service, not welcoming, and overall bad layout. Would not recommend

We stop in this morning, on web it no said yard entry fee, but I was ask $2.00 to get in the yard, ? What up, we been coming for years. Joe he was charging $1.00 which was ok.
- AAron Hadleigh
Website is misleading!! Charged me $2 to get in, and was then told Sawzall was not allowed!! I really don't care what rules they have, BUT PLEASE do not post one thing and then do another!!

We have had to come here for parts before and usually jad no issue till about 2 weeks ago when my fiance went to scrap our car because it was beyond repair, that was easy however when he asked for our keychain, keys and charms back they gave him back only 2 of the 4 keys and one of our few charms and it was broken in half. I'm not sure why he wasn't given back the entire lanyard with all the charms and all of the keys but I really didnt appreciate the fact they didn't give all of it back and that the charm that was given back was broken.

This is a very well organized establishment. All the vehicles are lined up in neat rows, and all the rows are numbered very clearly. With plenty of room to maneuver around the vehicles in order to access any part you need to remove. Their prices are great, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The owner has done away with the entry fee for now in order to help ease the burden on his customers during these troubling times.

Beware!!! My advice is don't look at their website but call and make sure to speak to a live person before going. Apparently they like to take long vacation breaks around holidays and don't bother to update their website with their schedule change or voice message. I called and all I got was their open at 8 am and website showed open as well only to make a 60 mile trip for nothing as their gate was locked.

Clean establishment, good customer service. Prices on some things are fair, other things a little high. Their web site is good. But they don't keep their new inventory upto date. So hard to know what they got unless you actually go there. Which is very time consuming. Especially if you have to drive 20+ miles to get there. But then you might not find the parts your looking for. I own a small business, so this is a huge inconvenience to me. As time is money. So I will search other places websites & take my business there. Like Wilbert's u pull. I have contacted rt34 u pull in auburn a few times. Twice by phone, & once by email. Regarding their new inventory list not being upto date. Plus I even took the drive a couple times Togo & check what they had. One Time was a success other didn't have what I was looking for. So being a 50/50 chance, each drive out there isn't good enough for me to keep doing. As time is money when you own a small business. If they start keeping the list upto date????? I will gladly be a return customer. Then give a 4 star review instead of 3.

Love their commitment to recycling and reusing everything they can from a vehicle! Always had a pleasant experience with the guys there. You go, you pay $1.00 to get in the yard, you pick your own parts and save a good chunk of change. You'll pay for the part itself, then they add a core charge they will give you back if you bring in the part you replaced. For example: a transmission is $100 + $40 core charge, if you bring your old transmission in to be recycled you get the $40 back. If you don't, I guess that's the price you pay for not recycling. It's a large yard with row after row of cars already lifted so you can get underneath and get what you need. You do need to bring your own tools and know how to remove whatever you want. They don't do it for you. They do have some parts already pulled. Along with recycled antifreeze, wiper fluid and batteries. You can always check their website for information on their current inventory or give them a call.

This pick n pull was terrible. We called ahead they said they had several 7 lug rums. We drove 3 hours it was a waste of gas and time. They made us pay and they didn't have any rims. My advice is business should be shut down for false advertising and advice. Everyone don't bother wasting your time and gas goin there. I am sure there employees take the parts home for free. Customer service was terrible. Zero stars for that business
- SSteve Q
They quoted me three different prices for a driveshaft and then only refunded half the core. Decent selection of cars, nice enough guys, no gate charge... But these guys are crooks with the core and different prices. This has happened a couple times. Get your stuff there but be prepared to complain about prices/core refunds.
- EEric F
Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a vehicle title unrelated to anything they had, it was an issue with the DMV system. Even though they weren’t making any money off the deal, they helped me resolve it.

Got a set of 4 great tires here for a Volvo s80... VERY difficult size to find but they had them and at a great price for the set. They have a HUGE selection of cars in their yard for parts and all you need are shoes and tools to go get them. Good prices on everything.

I have been going there for over 20 years and they treat me great. it DOES exist on route 34 at the city limits north of town going toward weedsport. I think it is actually outside the city limit sign. it is a salvage yard, so they get cars that people no longer want. there are so many cars and parts coming and going from the place that they can't be expected to know if they have the part you need, but they may know if the car is on the lot or how many of them, roughly. if you have been to junk/salvage yards, then you already know that the workers are not the most cheerful workers out there, but compared to other yards pick n pull treats you the best. the prices there are competitive with other yards. sometimes more, sometimes less. when you call you will not have to wait long to talk to a real person. I recommend calling with any questions.
- KKevin Andrzejewski
They don't give you recet all the time and tell you you have 30 days for return and when you bring your part back you They don't take it they make you pay for anther part which the inchangeble sheets are faulty on some parts
- RRyan Williams
Nice spot to pull parts. They (unlike another pick and pull) can at least tell you what vehicles they have on the lot so your not wasting your time looking for something that's not there. People working were very friendly. Would not hesitate to visit then for a fourth time.
- PPamala Mattes-O'Conner
The staff were extremely helpful in guiding me to the areas for the parts I needed. They also assisted with removing a piece I didn't need when I got to the counter. Great customer service and they have just about anything you may need.
- EEric Banta
Excellent used auto part yard, recommended! Just got to look and or wait to get the parts you're looking for. You want convenience, shop online. You want cheap, you'll have to treasure hunt. If they inventoried every part in the yard, you'd have to pay a heck of a lot more to cover the cost of staff to do the inventory.
- BBen Hoffman
I've been pulling parts off of cars for 25 years. Always very low prices and a wide selection of vehicles that are constantly changing. They have become more and more organized over the years. Although they have become more selective about the types of scrap metal they are willing to pay for.
- NNeil Hopkins
People travel from afar to get parts from here. Low prices, good selection. Good way to practice auto repairs. If you're going to have to change the part anyways, pulling it from another vehicle is a good way to see if you can do the job yourself
