A little ridiculous, you check online, it says there is a vehicle there. You go to the desk and ask and they print you a receipt with the location of the vehicle. You pay your $2 to go in. Well once you walk out there and fail to even find the row the vehicle is in, but everything is covered in snow so you take the extra time to walk around and make sure that row isn’t randomly somewhere else, then go back inside and tell them you can’t find the row.. the response is they already crushed the cars in that row.<br><br>Sure ok… I’ll just take the $2 back and go on my day, nope non-refundable. I understand that it’s $2, I understand that if the vehicle was there but the part I needed was already stripped off I shouldn’t have a refund, what I don’t understand is that if their communication is that bad to where employees telling customers cars exist, when in fact other employees have already destroyed them than why is it on the customer? If I was a manager I would have given the $2 back and apologized for wasting your time.

Went here today to try and get some backing plates. Needed them for behind my wheel bearings. Found out I didn't have dust shields on after replacing my brakes, rotors and calipers.( fun times) Anyways they seemed to have a wide variety of inventory. A mix of older and newer vehicles available. They even had some motorcycles when first walking in. One thing I didn't care for. Was I noticed a lot of the vehicles had yellow jacket/ hornet problems in them. Opened a door to one vehicle and had like four or five of them fly out at me. The parts I did pull were small I paid around $4 for them which I found to be a ok price. The rows are clearly marked with big red numbers. You tell them what your looking for .They give you a recipient looking print out with the rows the vehicles are in that your looking for.

Cars to close, have to wait for them to set it up for you.. this sucks especially if you find out the car that you picked doesn't have the part you want, then you got to wait for him to put that car back and get another one for you...<br>Sorry guys.. The new setup is no good.. , Wilbert's is the much better place now. Little bit longer of a drive but more worthy than 34 now..
