I needed an electrical part for an older Honda Civic and Scott's came highly recommend by several others. I drove there and asked the gentleman in the office about it. He said that part isn't even something that's inventoried but if I wanted to look for it I could have it for $10 if I could find one. I found an older Acura that had the matching part, and pulled it. Great deal. Good experience and will be back next time I need a part for one of our vehicles. Highly recommend Scott's Auto Salvage.<br>BTW, got home, installed the part on my grandson's Civic, and cured the issue which was one of several trouble codes.

Good prices, BUT not worth it when they damage your trailer. After bringing in a trailer load of stacked scrap tin, the operator attempted to unload it with the claw type loader. After several pinches with the machine (while letting it rest on the trailer as he pinched the tin) it warped the crossmember by over 1.5 inches and also warped the front axle. The owner refused to fix it until after 20 minutes of arguing. He eventually agreed to replace the axle with a scrap axle by the end of the week. Once I arrived on Friday to pick it up, I realized the damaged axle has been removed, bent to as close as possible, and then reinstalled. I have zero respect for the owner or the business.

If I could leave negative amount of stars I would. I spoke to the owner about coming getting a van I had and 2 trucks. He told me he would be back next day. I called the next day and talked to someone he told me he would be out after he got a shower(had a burnt car) I understood. Waited till about 11 call back left voicemail. Someone called me back and left voicemail reassuring me they would be there. Wasted all day waiting at 230 I called back and they proceed to tell me they ain't coming because of my drive way. I told them I could roll the van down. They said they didn't have time that day. Wasted a whole day of my time ,when they could have just told me no in the first place. Needless to say I found someone else to haul the van. 75 dollars a tow and he could have towed 2 making him a 150 dollars. I will not ever call this place again.
