We ordered a part for our dealership and the wrong part was sent. We called to have it picked up and returned for refund within the 30 days but no one ever came to pick up the part. We continued to call for 4 months and no one ever came. After 4 months, the same lady that we kept scheduling the pickups with, told us that we were "out of the return period" and would only issue a store credit. We will never use them again.
