Dispatch was friendly and got us a tow truck quickly. But our tow truck driver was someone to brag about! John was there quickly and is the kindest and most polite man! Not only did he get our car out of a mess with no damage but he charged us less and went above and beyond to make my friend more comfortablewith the situation. I can't praise John enough or T Miller!

I was hit on i40 by a young unlicensed driver yesterday my air bags deployed and I used this service to have my car towed to their impound. This morning I arrived to take pictures of my vehicle and the man greeted me by saying “what are you doing back here?” Very rudely. As I walked around to the office door the woman working in the office proceeded to tell me 3 times that my car wasn’t there and continued to argue with me until she finally called the tow truck driver who had not turned in the paperwork for my vehicle to confirm that it in fact WAS there. Lastly, the same man who greeted me gave me SO much trouble about seeing my own vehicle because it had not been updated on my PAPER INSURANCE because I only got the car 2 weeks ago. He told me “I had better not just have gotten him a $10,000 fine for letting you back here. I can’t get fired.” All of this occurred while I’m noticeably 8 months pregnant and neither the man or woman once asked if I was okay as my car was completely smashed from the day before instead they chose to be completely unprofessional and RUDE. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this service to anyone, seriously!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Vehicle wrecking

Driver was very courteous, knowledgeable of his job and had a great personality. I rode to the dealership where my truck was being taken for repair and he was a great driver and put my truck on the spot at the dealership and was a professional through the whole ordeal. I would have given him a tip but I never have any cash. He does deserve a raise tho. If he handles his job as professionally every day as he did with me he is an asset to his company.Thanks T Miller Wrecker Service For A Job Well Done !!!

Horrible experience. Absolutely do not recommend this service. First off my car was towed without any consultation or notification. The price is unrealistic. But most of all, the general customer service is bad. One of the front desk ladies was rude and disrespectful and incredibly unhelpful when I asked questions. Again, I literally would recommend choosing any other option besides this because my experience with this service is so bad.

On our way home to NM after a family emergency in MI, our vehicle’s battery and alternator died after a long day of driving. We were stranded on a road in the middle of nowhere outside of Amarillo. After AAA roadside failed us these guys came to rescue. They got there when they said they would come. They were professional, kind, patient, and priced well. We ended up needing two tow trucks. One to transport the vehicle and one to take us to our hotel at 2am! Both Drivers had gone through a very very long day and without hesitation did whatever needed to be done to get our vehicle and is where we needed to be safely. I highly recommend them! Hands down awesome!

I will use this towing company again if I ever need one in the Amarillo area again. I was told it would be about an hour and a half be for the driver could get to me and was there in an hour. It was a 40 mile tow from just outside Dumas, TX to Amarillo with a fully loaded truck and the bill was $542 and the driver was very friendly and professional about everything. After he got the truck to the shop he also took me to the hotel and drop me off. This a good company to deal with from dispatch to the driver.

They towed my utility trailer and Nissan Xterra on their truck they put them both on there at the same time but they charge me as if they had done to separate towsAs if that wasn't bad enough that tow charge was $690They had my vehicle for less than 24 hoursin addition to that they charge me another $25 so that I could get some stuff out of my vehicleI'm scheduled for a hearing June 30th to challenge their dubious waysThe only reason I gave him one star is that there is nothing lower
