Worst experience I've had. I talked to a nice lady who was very helpful but the problem was nothing was communicated to the towing people who were the most unprofessional people I've ever tried to work with. They lied to me about setting up my appointment wasting my time. Then when I tried to see what was going on they lied again then just hung up on me.

They. Agree to buy my car we set up for 11am , I decided to contact them since they didn’t show up for them to tell me they change their mind. I have the car in a shop that’s being charge por day , I could have sell it to somebody else more responsible 😡

I dont deal with Junkyards to often but so far from experience these guys are head and shoulders better then the rest!

I found the whole experience very easy. The men who collected the vehicle were very pleasant and made the process smooth even though the vehicle being donated would not start. They rang me half an hour before arriving and accommodated me needing a later slot.Destruction certification was available the next day. Would definitely recommend.
