    What an absolutely appalling business. Terrible all around. Worst of all is how they treat their employees. Which says enough about a business that I will never work with again. How are we supposed to trust that you'll take care of our needs when you can't take care of your own?

    Feel used and abused. Weller was recommended by a friend. Drove over 3 hours. Bought an engine for $900 and paperwork said it was checked over and compression tested. My mechanic installed it in car. Found it to have blown head gasket and upon further checking found heads badly damaged and unusable. There's no way this would pass any testing. Weller offered to return for refund but have cost me double to pay mechanic twice for Weller's ineptitude. And more money again for head gaskets and more labor to install heads from replaced engine. I could have bought an engine from any place at half the price and wound up with the same crap I got from Weller. Will definitely NOT recommend Weller.

    I sold/scrapped my old car through Peddle and Weller Auto was my assigned vendor to pick up my vehicle. I called multiple times during open business hours and rang through to voicemail each time. My voicemails were not returned. When I finally reached an employee yesterday, we initially scheduled the pickup for next week due to my schedule my availability and the fact that today (their apparent preferred day) I would be euthanizing my 2 1/2 year old dog due to cancer, and would not be available by phone to coordinate pickup. I was assured that a family member could handle the car title/payment exchange on behalf without any need to reach me by phone and that we could seamlessly do the pickup today and get it done with. I gave them my family member's number in case reaching out was necessary and was assured they'd contact her instead of me. Today comes around and I'm getting a phone call from the towing company they hired to pick up my car. Their employee was kind and courteous and I have no complaints about her or her business. She was calling because apparently they'd not been informed of the situation at hand, and due to not having reached me earlier today, they may not have time left to pick up my vehicle today. Weller Auto had never communicated anything at all to them about the situation at hand and the agreement that had been about my point of contact. This was 100% avoidable. The customer service I've received has been egregiously negligent and unkind. My preferences and boundaries were not respected. In no way have I felt like a valued customer. I cannot recommend going anywhere else but here highly enough.

    Awesome service. I needed a new rear drive shaft for my F150 and they had one made the next day. The drive shaft is well balanced and done for a fair price. Would definitely recommend!

    Was involved in a crash some one rear ended me went to Weller but whole back gate with glass and a bumper and some shocks 122 buck can beat that now am happy got my tailgate with glass very satisfied Weller is the best

    Great service!! Travis was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I needed a part that was apparently hard to find. He went the extra mile to make sure i was able to fix my vehicle. Best part is he made sure i got it as fast as humanly possible! Thank you again Travis, I really appreciate what you do! I will definitely be a customer for life.

    Every part I have gotten from Weller has been top notch and Travis is one of the best sales guys they have. And if there is a problem with anything he is right on top of it to make it right.

    I wish no star was an option. First "reman" rear-end they gave me had a bad spindle. Second "reman" rear-end they gave me (which took an additional 1.5 weeks) leaked fluid like it had no gasket on the cover. Honestly I feel like they owe me a 2 or 3 thousand dollars for the additional downtime because they gave me bad parts. It makes me not trust what happened on the inside. I wish I had called anywhere else.

    Bought a 1pc rear driveline upgrade for my Tacoma. Didn't have issues with my stock setup. Just wanted to upgrade. Ordered the product from Weller Ebay store, it vibrated and rattled and was just over all terrible. So after some emails, they send a 2nd one and this one has a whole different set of vibrations at different speeds and throttle positions. Pretty darn disappointing when ya spend over 600 bucks on a a 'nice" part and it turns out being well...JUNK.

    I went there and bought 4 tires. (I was told that they were 22$ each, but I ended up paying 137.80$ for them, don't know what happened there) I dropped them off at the auto shop for a vehicle the I had there. Sizes were right, but the auto shop said they can't use them, they are not 10ply. I went back, I knew that they have a no return policy with the first 4, but I still needed the right ones. I got to the register with the next 4 and I asked up front, before paying, if these new ones are 10ply, I was assured by the staff that they were 10ply. Took the new ones to the auto shop and the auto shop told me that the new 4 were not 10ply, they were standard 4ply and the auto shop showed me what to look for on the tire to read the ply. I went back to Weller and told them how they assured me that i had the right tires and that the staff was wrong. They told me that sales are final. So either they intentionally ripped me off or the staff doesn't know how to read tires. 231.80$ in tires from them that I can't use and they won't take back.

    My family had done business with Weller for over 50 years. I called in an order for my own personal car, talked with the salesman, and he had even found a fender the same color as my car. Placed the order. No problem. The paperwork showed that that later on that same day, the salesman had canceled those parts, and placed a different order. I suspect he was trying to maximize profits. When it came in, it was the wrong fender and definitely the wrong color, and it had damage on it. I declined delivery. So they ordered a different fender for me. This one was not the right color. -After wasting an hour of my time on the phone trying to find one the right color, then canceling it... and 3 trips out there to finally pick up the wrong color parts... I'll never do business with Weller again. And, they charged me 500.00 for a headlamp assembly and the wrong color fender!!.. kinda high. If I could have given them a negative star, I would have.

    First time I went I got there at 4:51pm they close at 5pm. Employees were already walking out the door and were closed and didn't act like they acknowledged I was even standing there. All I needed was a battery for my vehicle. They refused to help me even tho they shouldn't have been closed already. Was told that they close after the last customer leaves. How can you close 10 minutes early but after the last customer. I could have understood if I'd gotten there at 5 or 5:01 but not 4:51. Ended up having to go back the next day to get it. Once I had the battery the gentleman who was helping me told me the register was at the other end of the counter but didn't walk over to check me out. After about 5 minutes he finally came over to ring out up. The worst service at a parts place ever.

    I called on April 13th to order a motor for a 2010 charger for a shop I run. They told me 4 days, after 2 weeks I called to check status, they told me they never putthe order through bit that they would order it and put a rush on it. After another 2 weeks I called to cancel. Do yourself a favor, call premier auto parts, or mutual auto. Premier will have me down a 57k mile motor by Wednesday. All thanks to weller now I have to install it for free because my customer needs to be made happy for them not doing their jobs.

    Very dishonest. Will quote you on one price and then change their minds the next call. If I could give them 0 stars for the hassle they put my husband and I through I would. Go anywhere else.

    I needed a rim for my truck to replace a bent one. The first time I got a great price on line, but the thing turned to rust in a year. I went to Weller and got a used one for less money and no rust problem. I also wanted a spare tire for a new car because it was an " option" . I got one from Weller for a fraction of what the dealership wanted.

    I needed to replace a tail light because of a hot and run so I thought why not give weller auto parts a shot. I’m usually fine with mistakes however when you ask 2 times if it’s the correct side and the day yes you expect it to be correct. The should have opened it to show me instead of brushing me off. I had someone install it for me since I didn’t have tools to do it (newer body style of my vehicle makes me take the bumper off to do it) so I traveled to have it done only to find out it was the wrong side. When I called them they said come on in and we will give you the correct side. No apology what so ever. Very annoyed and will not be back.

    Would definitely not recommend going here you can buy a Chevy Cruz tail light for $51 online brand new or you can buy a used one here for $90 that should give you an idea of their prices

    Buyer Beware. Purchased 2 used rims for my ford here. Ordered them over the phone and had them hold the parts. Showed up to grab and was shown the 2 rims after they searched for about 20 minutes. The 2 rims were in good condition and was happy to see both still had a tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) sensor in them. Awesome, had no problems turning in my core of existing rim then, if new rims came with sensors. Went and paid at front, desk drove back to get rims and a nice employee went and put them in my back hatch for me. Get to tire store and have them installed and mechanic tells me that my tpms sensor light won't go off because the new / used rims didn't come with them so he installed standard valves. At this point the tires are already on and had to leave shop. Called Weller to ask about this and was given a line about how they're usually corroded and leak so they remove them. I said that I was shown rims with sensors and that is what I thought I was purchasing. I also noted that there is no reason for them to remove them as if they leaked or were malfunctioning it should have been left to the tire store to remove them or tell me about the problem. I asked if they remove them do they sell them and he said no. They are usually too broken or something. Point is that the part I saw and agreed to purchase should have been the same when it got put in my vehicle as when I saw the first time. Beware just because they show you an alternator or rim with harness or valve stem or a rubber boot you need, that may not be how you receive it. Now I have to buy 2 new sensors at $30 a piece and repay tire store $15 a tire for valve stems that should have been there.
