Mike Jordan went out his way to make the replacement of my Allison 1000 transmission and transfer case with reman units easy, even though my core was trashed. He provided options for getting everything done and the only hiccup was getting the unit shipped in and installed before a weekend RV trip, but Mike didn't build or ship it. He was patient with my questions and understood my work situation and my not always being able to answer voicemails.Highly reccommended.
